IBAN transfer not received

I was getting payouts from stripe and have been doing it for a while without problem.

No I am missing 439.08€ that should have landed?

I contacted support about this issue however they closed my ticket without any response?!?!

Keine Kommunikation, seit Tagen warte ich auf eine Rückantwort. Erst hieß es 12 Stunden dann 1 Tag jetzt 3 Tage . Nicht vertrauenswürdig....

This is horrible. I put some money in my account, my last money. I was going to buy my kids good and WITTY blocked my transfers, I can’t contact them because they don’t Answer. So now I have no food for my kids. I did a transfer back to my account and then they suspend everything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL SUE!

WORST experience ever, non existent customer service really disappointed!

Que impotencia tan grande.
Pago con la tarjeta en el Super Mercado, me da error, me toca dejar la compra y cuando entro en la aplicación me lo han cobrado.
Que ridículo y vergüenza mas grande.
Lo pruebo en el estanco y me pasa lo mismo.
Atención al cliente no sirve absolutamente para nada. Estoy indignadísimo.

On Jan 21st I initiated several transactions on your platform using my card. Regrettably, my card payments were denied. Consequently, I find myself in a situation where payments have been deducted from my account, but the intended transactions were not completed.

Adding to my dismay is the fact that my attempts to seek assistance from your customer support have been in vain. As of today's date, Jan 23rd, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my inquiries, leaving me without a resolution to the issue at hand.

This lack of communication and support is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable from a service provider of your standing. I value your commitment to providing quality services, but the recent experience has cast a shadow on the integrity of your operations.

I hereby demand an immediate investigation into the matter and a comprehensive explanation for the denial of my card payments despite the deduction of funds. Additionally, I request an expedited refund for the payments that were deducted without successful transactions. Time is of the essence, and a swift resolution is imperative to restore my confidence in your services.

If the aforementioned concerns are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to explore alternative courses of action, including reporting this matter to relevant consumer protection agencies.

I trust that you understand the seriousness of this situation and the urgency it demands. I expect a timely response and resolution to this matter to avoid any further escalation.

well i am one of a lot who pay with w1tty and money isnatnt is conformed as paymen tin w1tty but the other side fails as limit overdrawn so rejected.
24/ cht is just up to 4pm around and when i have a look inside here...applause, no respondings in chat/email but their teams does the best to respond some bla bla on negative reviews here within hours to keep the storm as tiny as possible.
better take your priority to customers instead of trustpilot so negative reviews would not be necessary hm.
however, a lot of people missing their money, might be a IT issue, might be...better do not think about it.

This is petty theft absolute common thieves as over a week now money still not credited into my account from my own account.Reported to Action Fraud and in touch with the Lithuanian Police.

I had a w1tty account for many months and everything is perfect but for a few days everything has been problems. I have 3 payments that were rejected by the establishment but appear applied to my w1tty account. I have reported the issue by chat but I have not received a response

El día 18 hice una transferencia y a fecha de hoy día 23 no ha llegado. He contactado desde el día 21 con antencion al cliente. Pone que hoy 23 me respondían y nadie no ha respondido. Luego no hay manera de sacar el comprobante.

Voy a realizar un pago online con la tarjeta , se me descuenta el dinero y no se me compra el producto.

Voy al estanco a comprar tabaco, se me descuenta en mi cuenta pero en la tpv del estanco da error.

Voy a sacar dinero del cajero, se me descuenta de la cuenta y el cajero no me da el dinero dando el tipico error de intentelo de nuevo mas tarde.

Trying to buy something in a shop but shows declained like limits but same time money from account gone. Two shops like this. Then tried to take money from cash machine and shows like limit exceeded and not give me money but same time 500€ from my account is gone again. So two shops plus cash machine and minus 550€ and no staff and no money.
On chat in app no one answer.
On Phone over 90min already no answer Jet.
Emails not answer.
Thinking already to contact my solicitar.

Update: Still not Answering Phone And Not Replying on Emails.
550€ just gone from account and no response ...

Update: finaly received answer.
Asked them also when I receive my money back to account.
There is answer.

Now is all ok

Had a transfer sent on 17th Jan - hasn't arrived. I have sent proof but no reply on chat since last week. The chat says the company is no longer accepting new clients, so it looks like they've gone bust? I would like my transfer back but no one replying/assisting. No number to call and no reply to email... I think I'm contacting an empty office?

Me han robado dinero, y encima ni contestan no se que les pasa estaba muy contento pero llevan 2 días pasando de mí con algo tan grave.

W1tty is a great app,they have the best exchange rate on the market, even better than Revolut...their support team is helpful (for real,not like other apps),their app looks professional, they have free transfers ,etc...but the still some new features like multicurrency card,joint accounts, and SEPA instant and you can compete with everyone 😉

No se les ocurra abrir una cuenta en w1tty. Es una estafa. Hace unos meses me abrí una cuenta, me han hecho una trasnferencia de 50 euros y no sólo me aparecen reflejados 34 euros sin ninguna explicación si no que además no me deja entrar con mi clave, he intentado ponerme en contacto con su chat 24/7 y un bot me dice que ha se pondrán en contacto conmigo. Me voy a ver obligada a ponerlo en manos de los tribunales porque no me gusta nada que me estafen.

They've accredit mistakenly a sum of money on my account and I asked me to write a consent to debit the sum. I wrote the consent, but they didn't respond me and they blocked my count. I wrote several mail and messages, but I never got a replay.
