I ordered buy one get one on November 29, 2025. I have yet to receive items. I have emailed several times with no communications. The worst of the worst....don't trust them.

Ordered 2 dresses. Never arrived. Now the website has gone and I’m £70 down

Like everyone else I bought a dress back in June 2023 . When it arrived it was hideous. Cheap and nasty polyester 🤮🤮. I emailed them for a return label and they offered to give me 50% back and because they wanted to save the impact on the environment they said I could keep the dress. Cutting a long story short , following multiple emails they are no longer responding. My last email was to inform them that I was going to report them to trading standards. They are fraudsters , scam artists who need to be caught and prosecuted. The latest thing is on Shopify.com it is showing that a refund has been given 2 months ago. This absolute nonsense, I have not seen one penny. So be cautious when using this web site

I wish I’d looked at Trust pilot before purchasing from this company!
The dress I got was hideous a cheap version of the one advertised,
I have asked to return, but have had no reply apart from them offering me a 50% discount!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It’s a total scam.

This company is not legit. I ordered a dress which looked lovey on the model. Initially, they emailled saying due to high demand, your order is delayed. Eventually it arrived and it was hideous. I contacted them straight away and said I did not want it and want a refund. No reply. Chased again, and again. Eventually they wrote back saying they will give me 50% refund and I can keep the dress. I replied saying no thanks I don't want the dress and I want my money back. I again asked how I should return the dress. Today, I got a paypal notification that 50% of my order value has been refunded. I did not accept their offer of 50% so why have they refunded me half of what i paid. I have emailled again today requesting how I can return it for a full refund. Meanwhile, I see what they are doing here... delay replying until you have exceeded the 14 day return policy. I will open this as a complaint with paypal. DO NOT use this company. I wish I had looked at Trust pilot before I purchased from them.

I need to return an item, I’ve sent two emails requesting a returns label but have had no reply. Anyone know how else to return goods before my 14 days run out and the return time then expires?
Very disappointed with their service, definitely will not purchase any further goods from this company.

As per other reviews - company is a scam. I was lucky to get my order refunded. Do not use them!

This company is a SCAM. I bought an item it wasnt going to turn up ontime so I asked to cancel. they said it was cancelled and refunded. Then sent it. Took my money. And when I wanted to return it wouldn't send an address to send it back to, and said they would send 50% of money and I can keep the dress. I said no. They sent me the same email back. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. IT IS A SCAM. THE DRESS BTW IS DISGUSTING. HIDEOUS MATERIAL. AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Wow the dress in their video looked amazing unfortunately the dress I received was definitely not the same one but a very cheap copy

The dress arrived -,it was of quite poor quality , see though fabric . Certainly won’t be ordering from them again

After being flooded recently with advertising on Facebook for dresses, from a company called Vylone, which appeared to have received a large number of public positive endorsements, last week my wife placed an order for a dress with a special offer and paid GBP 59.96 (approximately EUR 70) via her VISA Debit Card. She received a confirmation of her order on Sat, 17 June, at the same time receiving an email from Vylone, asking her without any explanation "to Confirm Your Subscription to Ezia.se"! A few hours later, she did receive a well-written email from Vylone, thanking her for her Order and advising that it would shortly be despatched, but there was no receipt attached for the payment received and no indication of how or when the order would be despatched. Also, neither on the Facebook ad nor on the email communication from Vylone was there any physical address for the company, no indication of the country in which the company was located and no direct contact details except an email address (no company registration details or number either).

On Monday, 19 June, my wife received a further polite email from Vylone, telling her that the company had been inundated with orders and that there would therefore be some delay in despatching her Order, but with no indication of when the despatch would be made nor how it would be sent. Some reviews had also now appeared elsewhere online, complaining about the non-receipt of orders placed. Very suspicious overall!

In view of the above, and given that the email from Vylone confirmed that no despatch had yet taken place, my wife immediately emailed Vylone cancelling her order and instructing that her payment be refunded. Later the same day, she received a further email from Vylone, ignoring her cancellation request and confirming that "it will take 2 - 3 working days and we will ship your parcel".

My wife immediately responded to Vylone with another email repeating her cancellation of her Order, requiring an immediate refund and asking for the deletion of her personal (and financial) details from their records.

On the following day, Weds, 21 June, Vylone replied with an email saying that "your order was processed and packed and shipped out. Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel your order."

Frankly, this appears to be a complete scam, especially as complaints are now beginning to appear online from people who claim to have been waiting weeks for promised deliveries from Vylone that have never materialised.

Be Warned! Vylone appears to be a complete scam.

This company is fraud. Claim to be Scandinavian but all goods come from China. Mine never arrived despite receiving an email to say they had been delivered. Assuming the shipping tracker is as fake as the company. Avoid at all costs.

My mom got so happy for the dress. Bought it as a birthday gift. Took a little longer than expected to get it, but no worries.
