item paid for, never arrived,[ although they said it was delivered !! ] customer services never responded , no proof of delivery . no refund offered
SCAM , DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

After x5 emails to customer enquiries, still no response to my emails ,containing order number, tracking details!!!

The item eventually arrived, it is cheap and nasty although cost £30.00, its supposed to be a farmyard with soft animals inside and when you press them they make a noise, they all make the same generic squeek toy noise, it was advertised as if each animal would make its actual noise, will never use again, very misleading and not value for money

I was promised a full refund for the book advent calendar I bought 6 days ago. Still no sign of my refund.

Total scam, do not buy these products!! I honestly cannot tell you how bad quality their small book advent calendar is. A 5 hear okd would have taken more care over it. I have requested a refund but since then they seem to have taken me off their marketing list. Has put me off buying anything from a social media link. You either get scammed into an unwanted subscription or the quality is awful. Bring back high street shopping.

Lucky to give 1 star just received my supposedly 3d plush blanket, what a pile of rubbish cheap and nasty not 3d at all just a piece of cloth with an image on, this was a gift for my 1st grandchild. Please be aware of this company

Bought 2 pairs of tweezers. Absolutely rubbish. Sent an email to say I wished to return them and get a refund. No reply

EDIT- customer services have now been in touch and given a full refund

Ordered 2 items as gifts. Items never recieved. 4 emails sent to customer service and no response. Luckily, I used Klarna pay so went through them for a refund. I DO NOT Recommend. Terrible service and no items.

DO NOT USE! I order a couple of layers that I realised were completely overpriced so I tried to cancel them the next day every day for 3 days.NO RESPONSE. After 5 days I get a notice that my order has been shipped!
I gave just received a notice to say my order has arrived but it hasn’t!
Still no one responds to my emails. Claiming back through credit card company

If I could give zero I would. I ordered an advent calendar but realised I’d ordered the wrong one by mistake. Within two hours I had contacted them to cancel - I was ignored. Then I received an email to say my order was ready. Again I emailed with a copy of my original cancellation request. Ignored. I replied to the delivery email. Ignored ( I was using the address they said to use). It arrived - again I contacted for refund information. Ignored. Please don’t use. They have aggressive marketing tactics and are a scam. Save your money

The book advent calendar is merely thin, folded paper pamphlets, not mini hard back books, with proper spines. I have emailed them many times and no one responds. I want a full refund, I hope they can respond to me via this review. I have emailed the gmail address they put in a reply to someone else’s review, but no response from that either. If they deal with my query I will up date my review but for now all I can say is avoid, avoid, avoid!
Update- they responded, but it was down to this negative review, not my numerous emails, I feel. If you want to get hold of them you could leave a review and wait for them to get hold of you a couple of days later, then if they deal with your issue you can update your review.
However I do want to be positive and say they did give me a full refund and respected my decision/ opinion that the item was not what I was expecting. So I would give the item one star, but have pushed the review up to three stars because of the satisfactory outcome

I ordered the book advent calender.
1.It looks nothing like advertised item, it is cheap, flimsy and definitely not worth the money paid.
2. I waited weeks for it to arrive
3. It has arrived damaged
4. I have emailed numerous times but have had no response

I ordered a back corrector but is was nothing like the one advertised. It was so difficult trying to find out how to send it back and get a refund. I sent a message through their site. Then read saw the reviews of non existent customer service. I noticed a reply from them with an email beem81591@gmail. I tried to send one to them and it doesn't exist. They also took out an extra payment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered 4 Celtic knot pendants and necklaces and on the 3rd of October 2026, my order was acknowledged, that’s all info I have had, I’d have assumed my order would have been shipped by now, I requested a full refund through a reply of my acknowledgement email of my order and have no reply, Ive had a very bad feeling from my order and seemingly after reading many experiences in Trustpilot my concerns have been validated, I am extremely disappointed as they were Christmas presents I bought for family members……..update I got an email from Vyjoy after my review stating ordered shipped, also that the order was placed on the 11th of October, I placed the order on the 3rd of October so if I hadn’t have wrote this review I wouldn’t have had any contact from them, saying I placed the order 7 days after actual date of order is infuriating, I stated in the email I wanted a refund before order is shipped, this request was clearly ignored

I paid for 8 Christmas money ?envelope for hanging on the tree. Keeping money presents safe. I received a delivery of 3 but would like the other 4 that I have paid for please.

Just received my emergency chargers and have to say I'm delighted with my purchase. Brilliant for xmas stocking fillers. It took a couple of weeks but I'm not worried about that. I think people expect Amazon delivery times but if it's coming from overseas ..... be patient. I'm happy, will be ordering again!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered an advent book calendar which when was advertised on Facebook looked a much better quality product that what was delivered. Cheap and nasty! Took ages to arrive.

The mini book advent calendar has finally arrived after weeks of waiting and it doesn’t look anything like advertised. Disappointed as it’s cheaply made and looks like someone has already used it. Definitely DONT buy from them. The customer service is non existent therefore I cannot send it back for a refund. The email the company gives also doesn’t work. Total scam

This Christmas Advent Calendar is not only poor quality but damaged and took many weeks to arrive. Do not bother buying

I ordered a set of Christmas decorations, designed to hold cash for gifts. When the order was received, only 2 of the 8 supplied were as described.
I contacted the company via email on 2 separate occasions asking for details on how to obtain a refund. Neither have my emails been even acknowledged let alone resolved. Very disappointed.
