While there may be cheaper options available, when it comes to gym equipment, we are in the camp that cheap is almost always more expensive. While it might save you upfront to go with the cheapest equipment on the market, it will cost you more in the long run when you inevitably need to upgrade. Try any of our products in your own home or facility for 3 months, and if you don't love it contact us to organise a return. Once we have received the items we will provide you with a full refund. Our 90-day risk-free return policy does not apply to commercial rubber flooring. Due to the nature of flooring products (custom cuts, installation variables, and handling requirements), all sales of commercial rubber flooring are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.

The stationery erg bike is not of commerical standard.
The stationery erg bike is small and clunky when pedalling. It is definitely not commercial standard and for the price I would by either an Arrow or Concept one.
Note whilst there ply metric boxes are solid to land on they are also extremely heavy. Not as light as large plyo boxes.

This model is designed as a heavy-duty unit and we supply it to a number of commercial gyms, so I’d appreciate if you could clarify what you mean by the bike feeling “small” and “clunky.” That way, we can investigate further and see how best we can improve your experience.
Regarding the plyometric boxes - we designed them to be extremely solid and stable for safety, which can make them heavier compared to other options. We completely understand your point and will look into ways we can improve usability while keeping the durability and safety intact.

Top-Quality Gym Gear & Outstanding Service
I recently purchased bumper plates, a barbell, and Olympic tri-grip plates from Vulcan Fitness, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. The weights feel solid, well-made, and a step above what I’ve seen from other suppliers. You can really tell they don’t cut corners on materials, the plates have a great finish and the barbell feels fantastic to train with.
On top of that, their customer service has been excellent. Even when there was a delivery hiccup (which was outside their control), Dhil was quick to respond, kept me updated, and even worked out a great deal on my next purchase. That level of care made a big difference and showed how much they value their customers.
Overall, I’m really glad I chose Vulcan Fitness for building my home gym. The gear is top-notch, and the support is just as strong. Highly recommend!

Receptive customer service but a lot of issues
I bought a power rack, bench, weights, barbell, 3 kettlebells and 9 mats from Vulcan.
The bench was missing two hat bushings which was a ‘supplier issue’ and took two weeks to be shipped to me
The treadmill support bar for the controls had poor tolerances so I scuffed up the paint trying to seat the screw. Eventually had to remove a lock washer to make it fit.
Similar with the power rack. I scuffed the powder coat trying to make the longitudinal support bar lock with the vertical ones.
I left a review and the customer service team was quick to try and resolve my issue with a voucher and discounted shipping so I bought some extra stuff.
However they shipped it twice so I ended up with doubles of what I ordered. They asked if I could send the duplicates back and it was a bit painful printing out return stickers and the boxes sat outside my house for a week.
I got the gym set up in the end (about a month from first delivery) but the process was painful.

Super smelly
The product is great though the smell from the VOCs is really awful and still smells after over a month. Having to keep the fan on and the sliding door open in that room so it doesn’t stink ou the whole whole house. Cheap plastic. Toxic stuff.

Some rubber or plastic-based items can emit VOCs (volatile organic compounds) when newly manufactured, and while the smell typically fades over time, we understand it’s frustrating that it's lingered this long.
