It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with such a strong customer-first approach, and Vape TM does it effortlessly.

Support has been great however I think the company would greatly benefit from a tier 1 technical support agent who has expertise with hardware, software and firmware.

Will start by saying Corey is absolutely killing it. It has been almost concerning how simple he has made it for me to get into the vending machine business. He responds immediately with answers to my questions and has made the purchase process with these machines super efficient. Not only does he operate professionally on the business side but also makes sure to spare a few extra minutes to converse and have a normal conversation. They Couldn't get the order correct. Refused to correct their mistake and overnight the part after repeating the same mistake twice.

Great Company to work with !

They made the whole process effortless. Communicated very promptly and answered all my questions, didn’t try to over sell. Everything is super user friendly.

Salesman Jacob has been awesome

Support is responsive, machines are easy to setup, and delivery was fast. I wish there was some developer options for integrating with my accounting/inventory software but everything else works well.
