Came packaged well with ice pack.. day 4 of using the 10pack order lets see how it goes… but so far so good.. I take 1 sachet per day every morning with water..

Packaging was excellent for the product and was delivered quickly.

The product is great, but there is no pre warning about the next month delivery and therefore no option to delay if i haven't used as much as planned.

I was very surprised and disappointed how the parcel was left in the Sun outside my house without letting me know when it is arriving I’m really disappointed. Yes it had some melted ice. I paid for the shipment but I would like a refund.

The only product that really helped.
I suffer from IBS which might be caused by hypermobility syndrome, plus many intolerances.
VSL really helped my gut and the effects were seen quite soon.
I have tried so many expensive brands but none of them helped me.

I decided to put myself on this product prior to having significant surgery. Wow! I can honestly say that I haven’t poo’d so well in years. I actually believe that VSL#3 has helped the healing process as well as restoring a regular and healthy bowel function. I think everyone should take this! Thank you 😊💩

I have VSL#3 quite often as it help me resolve infections in my internal pouch. It is fantastic stuff and makes me feel great!

This is my 3rd purchase and I am not pleased. The packaging was very bad, it was in a packaging plastic bag the cooled pack is already warm and the product might not safe to take anymore. I took photos when I opened it. Before on my 1st and 2nd purchase I was amazed because the packaging was very good, it is in a cooler bag.
I am very disappointed!

Delivery and packaging of product excellent.
I have only just started taking the product.
I do find emptying the capsule and adding into a yoghurt for example is preferable for methan swallowing the capsule.
Which I have found difficult to swallow without sticking.

The cold pack it was supposed to be delivered in was room temperature inside. Not boxed up anymore either.
