I downloaded Genius.ai through appsumo. They offer a great product that supercharges your marketing strategy on social media. The tool has excellent potential. Where I currently find it lacking is, I don't really align with some of the suggestions for posts based on my personality interview. It didn't quite capture my personality. It also makes a distinction between personal social media and business social media presence. This might work for someone marketing goods but doesn't quite fit for someone like me selling services. Maybe I need to get to know the tool more to truly harness it's potential. Also the copilot feature is subscription based which I wasn't expecting. I still don't know where I land as far as the necessity of the copilot or the limitations of out the box configuration.

Genius.AI has been a very helpful tool when it comes to making daily social media posts. Especially on days that I have writers block, or can't come up with anything to post. There are so many features I still need to learn how to use, but I can already tell this is a game changer.

And so far, I’ve been really impressed with my experience. I’ve never been good at social media, so unfortunately, my profiles are pretty neglected.
But Genius.ai is giving me hope. I even changed a bit of copy on my website because Genius’ product description of MY product was better than mine. 😳

Genius Ai was easy to use and videos explaining how too realy help under standard how to work the program.

Have been charges by this software for the past 11 months, with no active subscription. When I reached out to the team they have been very unprofessional, did not try to help me at all. Especially person named Judy, if you reach out to her just forget to get any support, she just tried to as less work as possible. Communication with them has been nightmare. As I have been charged $500 without have a subscription, and they say that they will continue charge me, I am preparing lawsuit against them. If there are any other people scammed by this company please contact me on so we can make a bigger lawsuit, and potentially put them out of business.

The tool is unbelievable, havent seen anything so complete ever. Im still learning it but already have been able to accomplish many things that I never was able to do before such as consistent posting

Greeting, Just wanted give credit where credit is due in moving my business to another level. I'm an affiliate marketer. I need to communicate 24/7 and I am enjoying Genius.ai and now see it as my virtual assistant (never sleeps). Once I get the hang of it, I almost feel like I will become satisfied. Most of what I use it for is already in place within the product.

This is a serious bit of kit for the serious new business owner, entrepreneur or those ladies and gents looking to build a profitable side hustle. First class.

Awful company. Act like children when comes to support. Stay away.

I promote products on Facebook as an affiliate. Genius ai has already been trained on many of the products available in clickbank. When I want copy for an ad, it spits out 6 options which I can use for testing as I go. It's so handy in that respect. As with most ai picture generation, some of the pictures have text misspelled or will mention on the picture that it is "Angle #5". Ai is evolving so that will get better but I'm loving what I see so far.

I’m very new to trying my hahd at digital marketing as well as creating a brand. I truly feel lost but Genius AI has reached out to me with helpful information several times a day from the start. They even offer to do calls and anything they can to help you.
I would recommend at all levels but I gave the four stars simply because I am so green and new that I need a way to setup without confusion especially at my age. It is probably user error as they reach out but when you know nothing at all you’re not comfortable zoom or calling because you have no resources to follow the conversation.
I am learning and because of Genius AI I have come a long way. I know I can do this with their support!

Easy to use.

this is so helpful in helping me to brand and share my many steams of entrepreneurship. Because my head is often full of busy ADHD squirrels it is a champ at helping me organize it all. It has been a bit clunky trying to get my socials to connect though, hence the reason for my 4 star rating . Honestly could be user error as well. The team has always been super responsive to everything we need and ask for!

Horrible experience working with them, no results, horrible and unresponsive team, stay as far away as possible from this as possible.

I have only been with Genius AI a week, it has help me by far better than any other AI I have used.
