I absolutely love this wig! The texture, volume, and quality are exactly what I was looking for. It gives me that big, full afro look just like in the video. The hair is soft and easy to work with, and it looks very natural and doesn’t smell bad at all.

Shipping was a little longer than anticipated and can easily be remediated with a little more communication. It wasn’t abnormally long and I’m not upset but as an in state purchase, I would have expected a shorter turnaround time.

Delivery service takes forever especially when it is express shipping. I emailed you guys regarding the urgency of when I needed the wig but I felt like I wasn't taken seriously. Never will I order from your store again I will not recommend your store to anyone mind you your store was recommended by a friend. The wig is not what I was expecting It does false advertising The way it looks on the video is not the same in real life The length is shorter than what I was expecting very disappointed with the wig waste of my money regret it so bad.

Garbage hair. Looks cheap, feels cheap, smells like chemicals. Thin ends, lumpy v part not as advertised. Processing and shipping also took ages! Never again.
