It took shipping about 4 or 5 Days To CT but when I Received both My wigs and With Goodies in the Package to I was Very very Happy also the hair did not come with a nasty smell Still will wash but Yes I Love my wigs Happy customer Thank you V show Hair I Thought Y’all was a Scam at First Glad I hit Buy 💜

Had a horrible experience with their customer service. Told them I wanted to cancel/refund after my order wasn't even shipped. They ignored my request and still tried to send me a new order even after they agreed to refund. Disregarding what the customer wants for your benefit is disgusting.

I had a great experience. The hair units I received exceeded my expectations. I bought a wavy and a curly v part wigs. They are so reasonably priced that I thought they would be poorly made. They were both well constructed. The curly one is my go to as I like to wear my hair natural. The other brands I would have to add products to get the achieved look. But this hair is perfect. I have worn the hair everyday for the last three weeks. The back isn't matted and the curl pattern hasn't lost its integrity. This is my go to brand to buy any wigs or hair. Highly recommend.

Customer service was incredible patient and always answered all questions. Hair was 100% human virgin hair, minimal to no shedding, no smell, just perfect

I bought a half wig out of curiosity and was surprised to find that the quality was this good. I live in Germany and shipping from the US didn’t take as long as it usually did, only a week for me. The customer service was also pleasant and interactions were cute. I didn’t know there were goodies that come with the wig, so I was surprised to find a comb, two wig caps and other stuff in there. I currently have miracle knotless in so I can’t try it out right away but I‘m already excited, after feeling and seeing the hair. Overall I had an amazing experience and plan on buying there again!

I requested a refund for a defective item purchased through TikTok Shop. The half wig was advertised as high quality, low tangle hair.

After use and proper care, the hair began matting and tangling excessively after about one month, to the point that it is no longer wearable. This is not normal wear and does not match how the product was described or advertised.

I contacted the seller to resolve the issue. They acknowledged the problem but have only offered partial refunds, which I do not feel is fair for a defective product. I requested a full refund or replacement, but the seller refused. They even tried to offer a shorter length replacement in exchange of deleting the review I left on TikTok. Terrible experience.

It arrived without any problems.
I really love the wig; it’s great quality and came with some small gifts. I was very happy.

I like the texture of the hair and it smells good lol. Trust me not all wigs smell good. I ordered the wrong density, I left message through email and I received a response right away.
