Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
Vsavi is a UK vaping brand and online store selling our own Vsavi e-liquids, along with vape kits, pods, coils and accessories, to adult smokers and vapers. For over 18s only. Our Story Vsavi started with one person's switch. Our founder, Greg, moved from smoking to vaping in 2012 and launched the Vsavi brand that same year, built around quality e-liquids and products he'd want to use himself. The company was incorporated in 2015, and Vsavi is still a family business today, run day to day by a small UK team. Our Mission We want vaping to feel like a considered choice, not a compromise. That means carefully developed e-liquids, well-made hardware and clear, honest product information. Whether you're switching from smoking or you've been vaping for years, our team is happy to help you find the right flavour, nicotine strength or device. What We Offer Our own-brand e-liquid ranges include: - Vsavi Platinum: available in 10ml, 30ml and 50ml packs, with 10ml strengths of 1.8%, 1.2%, 0.6% and 0% nicotine, in a choice of tobacco, menthol, fruit, dessert and drinks-inspired flavours - Vsavi 100% VG: a high VG range in 10ml, 30ml and 50ml packs - Nicotine salts: a dedicated nic salt e-liquid range - Shortfills and nicotine shots: larger bottles you can mix with a nicotine shot to reach your preferred strength Alongside our e-liquids, we stock vape kits, cartridges, coils and accessories, including products from worldwide brands such as Aspire, IVG, Vaporesso and Smok. Important Information Our products are intended for adult smokers and existing vapers aged 18 and over. Many of our products contain nicotine, which is a highly addictive substance. Vaping products are not recommended for non-smokers. Get in Touch Call: 01733 555 555 Email: help@vsavi.co.uk Website: https://vsavi.co.uk

Absolutely Brill
Must admit after searching for a few weeks and reading countless reviews on CBD Vapes I went for the VSAVI one. I'm delighted with it. One of the best, if not THE best, vapes I've ever had.
I'd recommend this to anyone looking to buy one

False advertising on their site.
False advertising on their site.
I purchased the green mood cartridge and in the description, there is a link to a vape that is recommended:
For use with batteries with a standard 510 thread like the XEO Clearomizer Kit, these versatile disposable cartridges are perfect for vaping CBD oil on the go.
I bought the vape that the link directs the user to.
The vape does not work with this cartridge.
I then went on to contact cust services and the responses had no empathy and were very short.
I was told to return any unopened items however, If I have bought on VSAVI recomendation I opened the items to test.
I then asked if one of their products on their site works with the Green Mood Cartridge:
Does the below work with the green mood cartridges See attached
Vsavi reply: Hi No it does not.
I then ask in another email: Which one on your website does then?
Vsavi reply:
We doo not have any product in stock at the moment.
I find it shocking that I am having to drive the convesration in asking what product in would work with - I would have thought VSAVI would want to have recurring customers and help/suggest products that will work.
I am genuinely baffled at the responses from VSAVI and very disappointed with their customer services replies, lack of empathy, and lack of suggestions for products that would work with the green mood cartridges even after their false advertinsing.

I spent close to £100 on the e-cigarette and numerous e-liquids and to be brutally honest there was no real flavour to any of the products! Just a mild hint of flavour. I also bought 4 different heads so there was no chance of the one being faulty. I will see how their customer service handles my complaint as this product does not match the description.
