Despite multiple attempts to resolve matters professionally, including requests to terminate the engagement, we were denied a refund of our deposit.

We also received invoices for charges that were never approved or agreed upon. The project was never delivered, yet further payments were demanded. It is clear the company used false and misleading information to secure the contract and then relied on that contract to demand additional money without delivering results.

This matter has now been escalated to the relevant authorities in Australia. Based on our direct experience, we strongly caution others to exercise extreme care and perform thorough due diligence before engaging with this company.
