I appreciate vouchersent getting in touch, eventually, to rectify this situation with my £100 amazon voucher.
However it should not have taken this amount of effort and stress - and shame on you santander too!

I am extremely disappointed…
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received.
I opened a Santander bank account through this promotion and was promised a £30 Amazon voucher. The timeframe for receiving the voucher has already passed, yet I have still not received anything.
I have sent multiple emails to customer support and raised my concerns several times, but I have not received a single reply. There appears to be no effective customer service, no contact number, and no way to speak to anyone who can resolve the issue. It feels as though once you qualify for the promotion, no one is interested in helping customers.
After reading other reviews, I can see that many people are experiencing the same problem—vouchers not being sent and no response from customer support. This suggests a recurring issue rather than an isolated incident.
This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and a complete waste of my time. Customers should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to receive a reward they were promised.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating it further and exploring all available legal and regulatory options.
I would strongly urge anyone considering this promotion to think carefully before relying on the promised voucher until the company improves its customer service and honours its commitments.

The same with everyone else , moved to santander with the promise of the switch offer and a £25 amazon voucher in March , was told i would get voucher by 4th June , didn’t arrived so filled out the form and now they expect me to wait until August (5 months later?) They clearly have no intention of issuing the voucher , santander point at vouchersent and they blame santander.
They’re lost a customer as a result , will be switching away already cause of the sour taste from this.. and the horrific santander app didn’t help things 🙄
Update - now the end of july pretty much and still no voucher and that response from Vouchersent is laughable ; they have just copied and pasted the same response to everyone , showing just what a joke they are 😂😂 i left santander and told them my comments on vouchersent to hopefully they withdraw from working with them.
No amount of copy and paste responses will save this shambles of a trust pilot rating ; i hope everyone else keeps leaving one stars also
I followed the entire process , waited literal months for Vouchersent to lie and tell me Santander told them i wasn’t eligible despite me having written confirmation from Santander that i am and they also paid the £200 switch bonus.

Everyone has said it - Voucher NOT Sent! and BS replies!
Everyone has said it - Absolutely useless, possibly fake web site! They only have one web form to chase vouchers not received. Each time you complete it with the OLA number they ask for you get a bounce back email asking for it again and again. You just go round in circles! How on earth MSE got involved with this useless, unfit for purpose web site is beyond me! One Star is too generous. Companies need to check carefully before arranging promos with such useless people!
Update! So VoucherSent have finally replied to overwhelmingly bad reviews. Their response is useless, futile & false! They ARE a scam company! Fact! Santander have replied to a formal complaint saying they are nothing to do with VS! They have to be fair to them made an alternative gesture! FACT! VS claim they need proof from Santander - that won't happen! FACT! I can provide EVIDENCE of eligibility to VS but their Micky Mouse web site won't allow it! FACT! MSE set this promo up and they tried to help but were tossed aside by VS also! MSE are looking to provide an alternative reward as they acknowledge VS are useless! To EVERYONE reading this pressure Santander & MSE they will eventually honour the promo that VS Don't! They are hiding behind the web unaccountable and totally UNFIT FOR PURPOSE!

Signed up for a promo offering £10 voucher and opened a Santander savings account on 17December2026. Immediately received a confirmation of registration from Vouchersent.The email said: "If you haven’t received your email by 7th April, please use this link to raise a query. Please note, we are unable to investigate enquiries before this date, as every application must first complete the approval process before a Gift Card can be issued."
Since then:
7/April - contact made using the link. response - please wait a bit longer. Asked for current account OLA.
15/4 - enquiry received, link to updating enquiry.
21/4 - enquiry number received
23/4 - your application was not tracked, we will need to verify with Santander.
23/4 - Contacted Santander, they confirmed I was eligible, contacted voucher sent
30/4 - voucher is at the discretion of Santander, we need to refer back to them
19/5 - contacted MSE who advertised the promo, no support offered, suggested contacting Vouchersent and Resolver
19/5 - Resolver has not got Vouchersent in their company list, it may take long time to include, so keep chasing voucher sent without waiting for resolver
19/5 - contacted voucher sent using 2 different links on their webpage
22/5 - sorry this promotion is now closed and as per T&C, enquiry period elapsed on 24th April.
22/5 - responded saying enquiry started in march
Oh, and I do check Spam/Junk folder every day.

Scam merchants and thieves

When raised a query received a generic email saying that the campaign had finished! Thieving scumbags shouldn't be allowed to trade. As the other negative reviews pointed out they probably pocketed the money from the banks.

Along with other reviewers I met all the criteria needed to receive a £10. Amazon voucher. I opened a Santander Savings Account and sent a request for the voucher which they told me had been sent... it had not! I have raised several complaints with them but they either send a useless generic response or no response at all. I think this is a complete scam!

To qualify for the £10 Amazon gift card…
To qualify for the £10 Amazon gift card offer, I opened a Santander Easy Access account, via the MSE link on 11/12/25.I maintained a £100+ balance in the savings account from 11th December 2025 until after 31st January 2026. I received an email acknowledgement of my registration from Vouchersent on 11/12. Since 7/4 I have chased up Vouchersent 3 times, and still no Amazon gift card. There is no telephone number available to contact them, they are very slow to respond to online enquires, and as other people have commented, you're probably only wasting your own time pursuing Vouchersent.

A scam company
I opened a Santander account and was promised a £100 Amazon voucher. Santander passed the voucher registration to Vouchersent, and I submitted all the required information. After completing all the required tasks, I checked on the voucher status a few months later, only to be told the claim window had closed and no voucher would be issued. Very misleading and extremely frustrating experience.
