Booked a on the beach holiday with voucher cloud in the aim to receive £250 voucher. I clicked through the link and accepted the cookies when the on the beach page loaded.i then booked the holiday.

Waited as stated 24 hours, however the following day said it expired.

I send a message on the site and had no reply so sent an email to support later, they replied to the email telling me they had replied to the earlier support ticket (#78908821) and to continue that conversation - however I have received nothing on that earlier support ticket. I have sent 4 emails since to support with ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHATSOEVER AND NO REPLY.

I think it's a scam, I've spent over £4k on a holiday using vouchercloud and with response I feel the lack of response and professionalism given has left me annoyed and il not bother again with either.

They advertise thes promos but don't come through, I would use alternative cashback methods instead of these cowboys.

I have use vouchercloud to make purchases and save money. This has allowed me to experience more than maybe I would have been able to afford without these savings.

Please do NOT use Vouchercloud. I spent over £1700 on a OnTheBeach holiday for a £100 gift card (I could have got cheaper if I went elsewhere). Used the link they said, accepted the cookies as they said and did everything they asked to the letter. Every email I sent them they just fobbed me off. First time it was it takes 24hrs for the reward to be available and then after 24 hrs it was it must be your fault. Then they tried blaming me for not accepting cookies of which I 100% did. Unbelievable

Please save your time and money

there system is setup for you to fail, I am sure using the link supplied gets them the clicks required with the vendor to gain there commissions/benifits, but the terms require so many browser settings to be adjusted and or removed that most wont gain the benefit they assume they will receive by following the link provided and making the purchase therein. they asked for documents showing my order and after providing these I was told for one of 5 reasons its not valid. If you can look elsewhere I would. from my experience this feels like a complete con.

I earned a voucher a few months ago and came to use it, only to have difficulty using the specific code it gave me. I contacted the Vouchercloud team and Kavitha.0 got back to me really quickly (much more quickly than the timescales stated in the initial auto reply) and was really efficient and helpful. Got me sorted with my code and I can now spend my voucher. Thank you!

Second time I'm having to flag this Vouchercloud!!
Once again company are employing fake email chains to avoid paying out on promotional offers. See previous contact (post below.)

Vouchercloud replied saying the numbers are legit and related to my case. How can they be when the first time I ever emailed their complaints dept they immeadiately shut down my complaint saying i'd messaged before and there was a previous thread number that I had to use. Impossible - how could it exist as i'd not messaged before.

Once again they reply on here (the only way I can get any response from them) saying "Check your spam for our response" there is NONE - They haven't followed up at all - spam and junk folders are empty. Do they realise you can just search the case numbers in your inbox(es) and know they've not sent ANYTHING. Nothing comes up. Might work with old people who don't know how to use their email...

Once again - SCAM. Are you actually going to get in contact and stop lying to avoid paying out on this promotion? You have my email and my phone number. You're just not getting in contact. STOP being dishonest.

This is the fourth time Voucher Cloud have decided not to pay my £10. I did everything exactly as I should have.

I got an email saying my purchase had tracked yet they are refusing to pay.
It’s a scam. Do not use.

Excellent website always offering vouchers

The item was fully tracked, and Vouchercloud wouldn't honour it. Customer complaint raised: 78485443, no response, even though I've followed up several times.

Update: I have not received a response from you on the 31st. I have supplied the confirmation to your customer support email per your request below, be aware this detail was in the first e-mail raised in June 2025. Please provide the Amazon voucher asap.

Booked a Virgin Atlantic flight through the Vouchercloud link (after activating it). The booking was done straight away after activation, not through an incognito browser; cookies were accepted.

However Vouchercloud say that the purchase did not track despite having followed all the requirements. I am therefore disappointed with the company. It appears that the same has happened to others based on their reviews.
