I have never been so disappointed when I thought I could buy an outfit from Voitdress. The reviews for the design of outfit on their site were ok, despite only being 2 of them. I paid extra for an alteration and quick delivery. Excited to think I would actually get the outfit what the photo looked like. The outfit look cheap, swapping gems for sequins, randomly sewn on the neck. Despite paying for the bust area to be altered, the jacket that went with the outfit untouched. It looked like way too big and poor quality. I asked for my money back but as it had been altered there was no refund. I sent photos of the poor workmanship but that didn’t warrant a refund either. So £150 outfit, unwearable, unsuitable to pass on...and such disappointment. After many emails backward and forward. They said they could ask the company for a reduction of 10%, not guaranteed. I didn’t want others to be ripped off and left with the disappointment I felt by using this online company. I felt obliged to warn others as reviews on their site cannot be real.

Two months waiting for a refund on an un shipped dress and one that cost £250 to make it even able to ware.
They broken my daughter hert and she not well and destroy her prom with out the refund especially now I can not afford a new dress and now my cars broken down they say return are fine but will not accept the not fit for purpose dress back even breaking distance selling regulations. The dresses are not in stock the web is fabricated and the picture don’t match the dresses. They say every day we refund you nothing happens pay on visa not debit or you get bank charges as they requested money in US dollars not told about that either.
This is a UK Reg company Hymax company Ltd Reg 12560187 believe just as many problems with there male version of this company pls let trading standards know and citizens advice they need to be introduced to the sales of goods act . I need your support pls

Awful company and awful so called customer service!!!! Ordered pants suit for my son's wedding.adverised as full length jacket ( length of trousers) arrived as calf length jacket. I can't get any satisfactory response from them.they keep making different reasons and now saying they'll remake the jacket but I have to pay another 50pounds. False advertising as item not as described!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!??

Awful company. Avoid at all costs. Still chasing a process for returns. Cheap looking and nothing like the pictures!

Definitely one to avoid there be no refund they refuse to and the dress are cheap nasty copies of famous designs no idea why custom let them get away with it they have no stock of dresses the count down on left stock is a sales trick there all made to order and will not look anything like the picture the size will be wrong they don’t follow distance selling regulations even though they say there a uk Reg company or should I say shell company impossible to communicate with months before any thing done time scale for delivery and refunds mythical .

My daughter changed her mind soon after we ordered a dress on the website.
I found them to be very understanding and accommodating in sorting a solution and refund.

Does'nt even deserve one star absolutely a scam site take your money and send a dress too small in a little envelope no returns policy offer to compensate you with 8 per cent of the value of the dress

Well received a dress that was at least a size too small. Contacting them was difficult until I contacted my card company after the 15days Grace they gave them.
Go the payment blocked and my money refunded.
Only now some 3 weeks later they have contacted me and said if I pay £20 sent by Pay Pal I could keep it!
Why would I want to do that?
It’s useless to man or beast.
But I have got a return address and it’s going back. I’m going to get a proof of postage and let them send it to some poor sod who also get scammed with an inferior product like we all have been.
Thankfully I used my bank credit card and have been refunded in full.
I also packed the useless dress straight back into the bag it came in folded exactly as they sent it. And that’s the way they will get it back. I’m sure they have read all the past reviews and they still carry on turning out inferior products.

The only reason I gave one star was to move forward to the written review section, otherwise zero stars deserved. 1, coulour description did not match what I received. 2, Bodice of dress was so bulky it was lumpy looking, most unflattering. 3, sleeves far too tight, unable to get the dress on. This was a mother of the bride choice so needless to say I will be shopping again, elsewhere. Total waste of money and complete disappointment. Never ever again.

Do NOT buy from this company. I agree with other comments and wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. They send second rate clothing then refuse to accept returns as the factory is in China. I have been offered 12% compensation, but am continuing to request a full refund

I bought a dress & coat from this company when it arrived it was very creased. The package was only about 8 inches square for such a large item.
This item is very poorly made would not fit could not even get the zip up at the back. It is so tight at the hem could not stride out more than 6 inches. The coat was down to the floor should have been calf length.
Sent them an email asking for the address to return it. After several emails I got a reply saying it would have to be returned to China much to my surprise. They said it would cost too much to send it back to China. I was told I could keep the dress and they would refund me 15%. I told them no I want to return it and get back 100% of my money back.
On looking on here my complaint is the same as everyone else. They are a fraudulent company so please anyone else don’t buy from them.

I ordered a dress for my grandsons wedding 3 weeks ago when it came wouldn't even fit my daughter (3 sizes less than me) . I have emailed them3 times to return it but never got a reply the dress cost £133 . They are swindlers how they are still allowed to advertise do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy from this company!! My Mother in Law who is 83 years old bought a trouser suit , it arrived, the wrong size, wrong colour and very poor quality! she paid £100 plus £19 delivery charge. For 2 weeks now they have ignored our emails asking to return it and get a FULL refund. The last email we received we were told it would be too expensive to return to china and they would give us some compensation. We don't want compensation we want a FULL refund!! On the package when it arrived there was an address in Walsall which said return here if not delivered, so they do have a UK warehouse! My mother in law is 83 years old , you should be ashamed of yourselves! I would never of let her buy from here if I would of known!! ORDER : 38223691 .

ordered 2 dresses in October for my sons wedding. didnt realise at the time that they were made in China!! they sent me email asking if I wanted both. so I checked the sizing and just ordered an 18. They said they would refund the one not made.
the dress came, wrong colour, stitching showing, lace cut at weird angles, horrible material, the ruffles on the front were at different levels from the back. and 4 inches too small round my back wouldn't do up snd to loose round waist. it came in the smallest bag with no paperwork.
I have been emailing constantly and got the same stupid messages back, " beauty is in the person". "we will give you 8% snd you can donate to charity".

finally accepted 24% and the full price on product I never received. Still nothing, just telling me to be patient.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!!

To be honest, I will give them not one star even.
I ordered dress for my mother on my wedding, they sent me dress 2 sizes bigger, completely differrent as promissed on their website.
I lost about £100 , later on needed to buy another dress, and finally after long communication process I am waiting more than month for a very symbolic refund.
Definitely, don't buy anything from them.

Stay clear of this company, bought an outfit for my dayghter wedding, asked b4 purchase if we could send it back if it didnt fit, the answer was yes...
The trousers of the outfit was a total different colour, asked to send the outfit bck, was asked could u take 8% and keep the outfit or donate it to charity.. £150 suit, the women id very difficult to arrange return we have ended up going through the bank,

This company is a total scam. I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering. The dress I was sent was nothing like what I ordered, not even the right material and it arrived rolled up in a tatty plastic bag.
When I complained I received the same e mail replies as most others on this site. They offered me 8% refund which I told them where to stick it.
I paid by credit card and have now raised a dispute with the credit card company.
I would advise anybody else to do the same

The worst company ever to deal with. I’m trying to get a refund and it’s proving to be impossible. I send an email and the next morning I get a ridiculous reply. They do everything to avoid giving you their returns address!

The items look nothing like the pictures. The dress was knee length but the matching coat touched the floor. In the picture it was the same length as the dress. Stuffed into the smallest bag, so it was all creased when I opened it.

PLEASE DON’T but from this company. I wish I had read these reviews first. This company should be closed down. Even if I got the address, I have no confidence I would get my £112.36 back 😡😡😡

Update 15/12/21 - they have asked me to sell it privately to get money back or give it to a charity shop. After many emails they have offered me a 12% refund, what a joke!! They say if I return, it would cost a lot as it’s going back to china and they couldn’t guarantee it’s return to them and it could get lost, I’ll say no more about this dreadful company ☹️

i bought 3 dresses that look stunning on the website and when they arrived they were rotten not like the pictures at all and all i go off them was try them on their look stunning blah blah blah i mailed them asking for their address to send them back it took me 3 weeks to get the address of them which is in china by the way.. they were such horrible customer service of them after nearly 3 months of emails 63 emails to be exact... i asked them to contact the china customs to recieve the dresses so i could get my money back 411 euro back they would not contact them for me and refusing to give me my refund because they havnt recieved the dresses back but i got onto my bank and i finally got my money back dont buy of this horrible horrible site dont let the pictures fool you please dont buy of this site
