I bought a baby patter from them as a gift to my friend who just had a baby but it came wrapped in bubble wrap, no box, no instructions with the remote control and charger cable loose in the bubble wrap that didn’t even cover the whole item. I found out after I got the item that it has been banned because of safety concerns. I’ve emailed them but no response yet. I’m sad that I bought from this company. I only gave them one star because there wasn’t a choice for zero.

Do not buy off these people,I can't add photos or I would, bought 2 x dogs for my wife as we just lost our dog after 16 years
We waited ages for them and when they arrived the both boxes were squashed and dogs were damaged and not working
After contacting them and after numerous emails, they sent 2 boxes and no dogs they scammed me, the dogs didn't work and I have all the emails and pictures saying that
The dogs were tiny and not worth the £34 we paid, we were robbed, I only bought them to cheer my wife up, I'm so frustrated
Just emailed them again 15/4/26

1 star because I had no choice ....ordered a life like pup it arrived broken and nothing like described cheap and nasty...please don't waste your money....told them I want a refund...and they are trying to palm me off with a replacement...I'm back and forward with emails demanding a refund...

Nothing but silence from vorem once the order acknowledgement received. 12 days and counting.

Why does Google allow scammers on their platform, apparently without any form of due diligence?

Scam, “real puppies toys” they are not what advertised at all. You get better quality down the market.Absolutely rubbish.

Ordered three puppies from vorem and they haven't worked from day one.my son has been in contact with them a few times and they keep saying we can keep them at a cheap price and they will refund the rest.they are not even worth it if they are free. Paid forty four for them.theyare just a a scam and aa a pensioner can not waste that sort of money.

It is NOT the product that is advertised very disappointed my bank has credited payment to me

Robotic Puppy
Ordered puppy from website for my Grandaughter after great reviews on the website. When it came it was nothing like the description. It was not interactive and did not have an instruction manual. A cheap sub-standard fake. Do not waste your money. I am trying to get a refund now!

But nothing like the description or pic's absolutely waste of money do not buy 100% scam.shame on you VOREM.

do not trust this site, the address is not correct, they send the wrong items and wont refund
