Our very first try…WOW
I received our very first lot of Voomie last week for my daughter and I. All i can say is WOW, What a product!!!! Definitely keeping this in our routine. We both feel more switched on and clear headed, able to concentrate and stay on task. There is no crash later in the day either, just sustained mental energy. We also noticed a subtle mood lift and less brain fog, which was a nice bonus. This was only at home on the weekend, we cannot wait to see the difference it makes at work and school. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gentle but effective way to sharpen your focus. Truly this is a wonderful product.

Works better than ritalian
Both of my boys use this. One is diagnosed with Autism, Adhd, odd. He uses both day and night every single day. He has ritalian as well and finds it works better then the meds. My other son is diagnosed with Adhd and he finds they both day and night help him focus. Sleep better. He feels like his head is clear.

One star is generous. Avoid Voomie.
I’ve had constant diarrhoea since starting Voomie, and that alone should’ve been the red flag to stop. But I stuck with it, hoping it would improve. It didn’t.
The taste is genuinely awful—especially the “Bedtime Bliss” flavour. It tastes like chemicals. I’ve tried mixing it with juice, milk, even Milo, but nothing masks it. It’s disgusting. In hindsight, I should’ve known it was suss when the returns policy made a point of mentioning “taste.” That’s not normal.
After some digging (which I should’ve done before buying), I realised how underdosed the ingredients are. For example, their Magnesium Threonate is 72 mg per serve… the effective daily dose is closer to 2000 mg. What’s the point?
Also worth noting: there’s no way to leave a review on their website, which feels deliberately shady.
I’ve basically paid for expensive, bad-tasting water that upset my stomach and did nothing useful. Total waste of money.

Each serve of Bedtime Bliss works out to $2.30 per serve, and we also offer subscriptions that reduce the price and ensure you never miss out. We’re always trying to strike a balance between affordability and delivering clinically backed, high-quality ingredients at effective doses.
Regarding the taste, the earthy taste you experienced is mostly from magnesium glycinate, one of the most effective but also strongest-tasting forms of magnesium.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an upset tummy. Our products are natural, gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free and low in sugar, and designed to be as gentle on the gut as possible. However, everyone’s body is different and it’s possible some ingredients just don’t agree with you and that’s totally valid (happy to sort this out for you, just add it to your email).
Regarding the magnesium dose clarification, I love that you’re doing your own research and think that it's important more consumers do this. However, there seems to be a bit of confusion. The 72mg of Magnesium Threonate you mentioned is the amount in our morning product (Flow Fuel), not Bedtime Bliss. That’s intentional. Because our morning and night formulas are designed to be taken together, we balanced them to keep your overall daily magnesium intake within the safe and effective range. You would have received the bedtime bliss that had 225mg of magnesium glycinate; however, the current formula on the website is our updated one (no one has this in their hands as of yet, but will start receiving in the next few days).
Here’s a breakdown of what’s in the updated Chocolate Bedtime Bliss formula:
Magnesium Triple Blend – 225mg total elemental magnesium
Magnesium Bisglycinate (160mg)
Magnesium Threonate (52.5mg)
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (12.5mg)
And just to confirm: every version of Bedtime Bliss (old and new) contains 225mg elemental magnesium.
The RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) for magnesium in Australia is:
310–320mg for adult women
400–420mg for adult men
We make sure to not include the full RDI, as you will naturally get some magnesium from your diet. 2000mg per day would be dangerously high and likely cause major digestive upset for most people.

Buzzing energy to kick off my day!
Wow, I'm impressed. Usually I'm quite skeptical about products that claim to boost your brain, but the Voomie Flow Fuel is legit. I have been religiously using Voomie…
I have been religiously using Voomie for months! I am a chronic pain sufferer and sleeping is just another issue I have to deal with due to the pain but Voomie has been one of the only things that tastes good and helps me sleep the night through! I’m nearly a month in and I think on…
I’m nearly a month in and I think on day one I could feel a calm change. My brain instead of 20 monkeys jumping around, it was only three 🐒🐒🐒 (my brain and my two kids 🤭). I feel more calm with my children, more loving and more present. The state of overwhelm is unbelievably less. Running a business, sole parent, undiagnosed brain.. it all feels more manageable. I love the pineapple and feels like a morning treat. I need to try a different nighttime flavour as the caramel isn’t going down as well 😅

Overwhelming relief
As a busy mum of four, my brain is constantly juggling a million thing, I started taking Voomie just three days ago, and honestly, I’m already feeling a difference.
The biggest thing I’ve noticed? Mental clarity. I’m not as foggy or forgetful, even when the chaos hits. I feel more focused and less overwhelmed, which is huge when you’ve got four little humans relying on you every minute.
It’s easy to take, gentle on my stomach, and doesn’t give me any jittery or “wired” feelings like some other brain-boosting supplements have in the past.

Completely mind blown
I just received my pineapple fast fuel and I must say I am very happy with this product, I dont want to sound crazy but in the first hour of drinking voomie I felt like I could hear properly, I could even hear the TV properly. Finding a product that does exactly what it says it will do is very hard to find these days .- but with Voomie it was that simple. My all time favourite products
After receiving my first order of Flow Fuel and Bedtime bliss, I've been able to keep my mind on track during the day. Instead of my mind being all scattered and nothing getting done, flow fuel has help me keep on track of things. It also helped me get though my three weeks of placement, by allowing me to have the energy and focus that it needs. I also found that mixing bedtime bliss with warm milk helps me calm my mind down before I settle in to sleep.
If my son was old enough to drink both flow fuel and bedtime bliss, I would share it with him to help him calm his ADHD mind at the start of the day, and before bed.

NO MORE ADHD PARALYSIS!!!
I have been struggling with getting the right balance after my diagnosis of ADHD 2 years ago. I have been stimulant medicated for about 12 months now and although it supports the mental health side of things it was never 100% for my ADHD paralysis, motivation, afternoon energy dip or managing that late night overtired turned insomnia…

I wanted to love voomie but here’s the problem
Voomie relies heavily on marketing language and wellness buzzwords (“busy brains,” “focus fuel,” “calming botanicals”) without presenting any peer-reviewed research or clinical trials to back their specific formula. The ingredients might individually show promise in small studies, but stacking a few trendy compounds together doesn’t automatically guarantee results especially when people are spending nearly $100/month.
If you’re asking neurodivergent folks to invest long-term in something that promises cognitive benefits, then where’s the data? Even a small pilot study or third-party validation would go a long way in building trust.
There’s a difference between paying for a therapeutic product and paying for clever branding, influencer campaigns, and aesthetic packaging. At the end of the day, Voomie is just a powdered supplement no matter how many calming pastel tones or slick promo videos are used.
It feels like the company is selling an identity or vibe rather than a well-researched product and that’s a real letdown, because people with ADHD don’t need another overpriced “wellness solution” with vague promises. They need support that’s grounded in evidence, not vibes.
The price point is frankly criminal! That’s more than the cost of many prescription medications, therapy gap payments, or even comprehensive multinutrient stacks. For a powder made from common, non-patented ingredients like magnesium, L-theanine, and bacopa all of which are widely available for a fraction of the cost the markup is hard to justify. Especially when there’s no published clinical trial validating the blend itself.
At this price, I expect clinical trials, third-party outcome data, or at the very least transparency about what I’m really paying for. Otherwise, it just feels like another overpriced wellness trend cashing in on neurodivergent struggles.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. I really appreciate you being so honest and candid, as it is conversations and feedback like this that ultimately help us as a brand make changes and improve how we do things and the products we create. Which is always the goal.
I hear what you are saying regarding investing in supplements long term and wanting evidence. I thought I would share some info that might help. In Australia, supplements are regulated either under FSANZ (Food Standards Australia New Zealand) or as Listed Complementary Medicines (AUST L) by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Products in both of these categories are not required to undergo clinical trials on the finished product. I do hope that in the near future, the supplement space gets funding to run clinical trials so that it is more widely available and accessible to do so. Regardless, brands are still required to hold credible evidence to support the safety, quality, and intended benefits of each ingredient and the claims made. Our formulas were created by FSANZ/TGA-licensed formulators and regulatory consultants to ensure ingredient safety, effectiveness, and synergy, including checking for potential interactions. The individual ingredients we include in our formulas have existing research behind them, and our formulations are built using that evidence as the foundation.
I can recognise and agree with you that we could do better at showcasing the credibility of the product more than we currently are. Which is why we have also been building out a full science page for the site with ingredient summaries and study references to support that transparency. Unfortunately, we hit some delays. The first being issues with the back end of our website and having developers trying to fix it, so we can add things. The next delay has been around ensuring we have the appropriate rights to share certain studies publicly (a lot of brands share "evidence" illegally), as many are protected by copyright, etc. Hoping to have this done in the next few months.
Ultimately, I want you to know that I agree with you, as the founder, your feedback is very powerful, and it shows me where we haven’t been clear enough about the work and research behind our formulas. That’s something I’ll be taking on board immediately, and we’ll be updating how we communicate that side of Voomie moving forward.
You also brought up the price, and I hear you. While the individual ingredients we use are available separately, that’s exactly the problem we set out to solve. Both myself and the people we were talking with before starting this brand communicated to us that they were spending over four hundred dollars a month on separate supplements to support focus, sleep, and mood, and we wanted to create something simpler and more accessible. So we created something simpler, more affordable long-term. We want to make our products as accessible to everyone as we can. The price of our products reflects the high-quality ingredients, which come at a high cost. We have priced it so that it works out to be $2.33 per serve and made sure to offer subscriptions early so people can save that way, too. However, we also understand that our product isnt for everyone and that is okay!

Disappointed
Took the flow fuel consistently for a month and have found not much improvement in my ADHD busy brain symptoms!
The taste - pineapple and mixed berry were fine with juice but on its own leaves a metallic aftertaste which is just .. mm not nice. It also gave me horrendous indigestion which kept me up most nights.
I tried the bedtime bliss many different ways for about 2 weeks and just couldn’t stomach it! The chocolate was too rich and the caramel was too sweet; and I wasn’t about to go buy different flavours just to have the same issues 😒. I also didn’t gain any benefits from drinking it, I was still up all night in my thoughts and physically up and down from getting frustrated that I couldn’t sleep!
Such a shame it didn’t work as I’m not otherwise medicated (yet), and was hoping this would be a solution so I wouldn’t have to go down the medicated route.

Of course, everyone’s body and brain are different, and we know Voomie might not always the right fit for everyone.
You’re definitely not alone in needing time for your system to adjust. While some people feel a shift within a few days, for others it can take one to two weeks or even more of consistent use before their nervous system begins to find its rhythm.
We’re also really sorry to hear the flavours weren’t a hit for you. We totally understand that taste is such a personal experience and everyone would have different preferences. Our Bedtime Bliss does contain magnesium glycinate, which is a has fantastic calming effects but can have a natural mineral taste that may not be for everyone.

I love Voomie
I love Voomie. As someone with a race car brain, anxiety and the biggest work load, I was struggling. I couldn't even pick up my laptop, let alone turn it on. I have followed Tara and Baz for a long time feeling that her behaviour was something I resonated with, so of course it was only natural to try their product. Wow, just wow. I got 3 units of study done in two weeks, I was able to open up my work software and start! I didn’t want to just sit there and hate on my self, and sleep! Whaaaaaaat!!!! I have insomnia, I'm normally a 2am bedtime girlie, but 10pm come at me. I physically couldn't stay awake any longer! Recently I haven't taken it as financially I don't have two cents to rub together and I can tell the difference, I have no picked up my laptop again, I can't get on top of the overwhelming doom feeling when I go to do anything and trying to read ANYTHING is impossible. Voomie is well worth it. I have recommended it to friends as well as family as it is seriously worth the hype. Thanks Guys. ❤️
