Fabulous product! I purchased the Isabella bag in brown. It’s amazing with it’s quality, look, functionality and smell. People compliment me all the time.
The company is a stellar group who take pride in their leather goods and their customer’s questions. I was concerned about my purse coming to the states. The owner emailed me and assured me it would arrive without any glitches. Also, since requesting my initials on bag, he emailed the example. Awesome customer service. Customer service and product quality of my wife’s wallet was exceptional.

Overall experience was great. Website is easy to use for ordering and searching through products to purchase. There is a great selection orlf items and colors to choose from. Owner contacted me to ensure my engraving on my wife's wallet was the right font and look I was going for. The material is high quality and I couldn't be more pleased with the wallet, and my wife loves it.

Excellent experience. From the time I enquired on when a certain color will be available until I received the briefcase. Igor answered all my questions and carefully checked on where I want to place my initials, which font and what size. Shipping was way faster than I expected considering it was an international one. The briefcase “No.1” is such a fine piece, love all details and the leather feel and smell. The craftsmanship is second to none. Very pleased with my purchase and confident this will last.

what made my experience great was one the high level and top tier customer service from Von Baer (Igor).The prompt response to any of my questions and quick delivery of my purchase was excelllent. Terrific materials, smart design -- the Elegant laptop carrier is a joy to carry. Compact form factor, one that encourages carrying what is essential. I found room for 14" laptop, power supply, wallet, glasses case, essential phone charging cord, pens and business cards. As beautiful as it is, I anticipate it will last for many years.
