I had surgery today and I am very lucky to feel great. My surgery was a revision, the first one was also performed by Dr Furkan Certel, but because I had a very high amount of fat, I was offered a revision to perfection the results. Dr Furkan is a very warm kind hearted person, he takes all the time you need and answers all the questions. I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough (especially the nurses🥰)🙏 I’m very grateful that I found such an amazing surgeon. The staff at the hospital is amazing, everyone has a smile on their face. My Voila nurse here is Reyhan and she pampers me like a mom 💖 I couldn’t wish more. At the arrival day, I’ve been accompanied by Ayla for the pre op blood tests at the hospital and she is also such a sweetheart💕 I had Canan by my side at my hospital checkin and consultation with Dr Furkan and can’t thank her enough for her support 💖at the hotel I met Cansu, and Ilayda (who came to my room and offered me candy and chocolate). Thank you Voila! You are a great team🙏💖💐

Das sind symphatische Superprofis! Ich will ehrlich sein. Ich kannte nur die Ergebnisse von anderen Frauen auf Tiktok und die fand ich super. Den Operateur habe ich nach dem Bild und Symphatie ausgesucht und mit allem lag ich richtig. So eine professionelle Organisation wie Voila habe ich noch nie kennengelernt. Von meiner Anreise bis zu meiner Abreise hat wirklich alles 1 A geklappt. Ich habe gewusst, dass alles gut wird, als sich vom Shuttle Mercedes die Tür geöffnet hat und die liebe Canan mich begrüßt und in die Klinik begleitet hat. Sie ist so toll und hat mir alle Angst und Skepsis genommen. Entweder willst Du sie als beste Freundin oder als Schwester. Sie nimmt Dir jede Angst, übersetzt alles, kümmert sich um den Ablauf bei der Voruntersuchung etc. Das Krankenhaus ist megamodern und supersafe. Ich bin in Deutschland Privatpatient, aber diese moderne Ausstattung wird mir in unserem Krankenhaus und unseren Arztpraxen nicht geboten. Die Schwestern von Voila die einen nach dem Krankenhaus im Hotel betreuen sind superlieb, professionell und immer für einen da. Canan und alle vom Team das für mich zuständig war, waren immer über meine persönliche Whatsapp Gruppe sofort ansprechbar. Brauchte ich eine Voila Schwester, war immer sofort eine bei mir im Zimmer. Der Hotelaufenthalt war super organisiert, Hotel und Essen dort seeehr gut. Selbst bei meinem verlorenen Koffer hat mir Voila geholfen. Ich würde immer wieder Voila Health Tourism vertrauen! 1000 Dank! Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem OP Ergebnis. Dafür danke ich natürlich Dr. Ekrem 1000000 mal!

I am so glad I chose Dr. Furkan and his Voila team. They are all super nice and very helpful. Dr. Furkan takes his time to listen to your concerns. I had a Tummy Tuck with 360 Lipo. I was very nervous about the surgery, and the aftermath, but my results are awesome and the pain was very manageable. They took great care of me. Ceren and Naz are extremely nice and helpful. It made me feel very safe to actually stay two nights at the hospital for aftercare. This makes a big difference.

I have had the best experience with Voila. Dr Furkan has been the most attentive surgeon that I could ask for. Not only did he pay close attention to what I had asked for (360 + arm lipo) and made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the start of the process to the finish. I have had the best pre and post op care and honestly couldn’t thank the team enough including nurse Naz. I have had a previous surgery and you cannot compare how amazing this has been for me! 100% recommend
