“Made in china”, shipped from China and no certificate about silk. Disappointed and didn’t get my money back!
They should have mentioned that the goods are made in China and shipping country is China, not Italy.

Nach mittlerweile fast 6 Wochen immer noch keine Ware da. Es ist angeblich alles in Frankfurt „hängen“ geblieben lt. Sendungsverfolgung.
Voglie di Seta meldet sich nicht bei mir und reagiert auf keine meiner weit über 20 geschriebenen Mails. Sicher nicht seriös. Ich hoffe, dass Klarna es regeln wird, sonst ist das Geld weg!

E' stato il mio secondo ordine a voglie di seta e como il primo e' ottimo. La chat e' sempre molto disponibile quando ho delle domande e la spedizione e' veloce dunque posso raccomandarlo

Bel foulard ad un prezzo valido con gli sconti. Mi piace collezionare foulard in seta ma a questo prezzo non avevo mai trovato qualcosa di cosi bello anche al tatto, bel negozio.

Was disappointed with product quality and requested a refund in July.

Product was posted as instructed to China but returned to Australia in December.

Will never purchase from this company again.

Το μετάξι απ το φουλαρι είναι απειρος καλύτερο απο εκείνο της Dolce Cabana με τα κόκκινα τριαντάφυλλα κ εκείνο...
Τιμά τον καταναλωτή αυτή η εταιρεία κ Μπράβο.

Ho comprato ben 4 foulard da voi e sono tutti bellissimi. Fortuna e' il mio preferito perche si adatta a tanti outfit. Ne prendero' anche qualcuno piu grande presto.

100% seta come da descrizione. Ho fatto l acquisto dopo aver visto la pubblicita su facebook e sinceramente avevo qualche dubbio. Invece mi devo ricredere perche e' tutto perfetto!

È stato un acquisto eccezionale. Il foulard era di qualità eccellente. L’unico aspetto negativo è stata la confezione, piuttosto semplice, e il fatto che, trattandosi di un regalo, ho dovuto occuparmi io dell’impacchettamento. Inoltre, la consegna ha fatto molto tempo di arrivare in grecia. Però non ho dovuto paggare di più per la spedizione.

I was very pleased to find the scarves of such good quality. The designs are lovely. The actual colour's are as in the photo and better. Great variety. And a fair price. I bought three sofar and will likely continue to add to my collection.

I bought 1 pc Aliya Foulard, unfortunatelly, it had to claim the product because of poor quality. Based on photos, the seller accepted the claim: "Our internal staff has analyzed the case, we are proceeding to send you the product at no additional cost, of the quality suitable for the name and image of our company." It took a while and I had to reach out the customer service repeatedly and push to dispatch the product. The problem was, once it arrived, that this substitution product was even of worse quality than the first one. Again sent the pics to the seller, their statement: "The products you have received are exactly as shown and described. If you'd like to get a full refund, you can send the product back in line with the return policy." Return address in China, of course. I absolutely do not recommend to buy here. Terrible stiches, you get the quality you are ashamed to wear.
I shared my experience also on their Instagram account, they deleted it and banned my account. Not professional.

PESSIMI. Uno degli acquisti peggiori che abbia mai fatto online. Pagato in maniera spropositata rispetto alla reale qualità (scadente) del foulard.
In fase di acquisto non mi ero resa conto che un eventuale reso sarebbe stato troppo dispendioso (spedizione internazionale). Dopo uno scambio di e-mail con l’azienda mi hanno proposto un rimborso prima del 7% e dopo dal 10% che ho rifiutato perché si tratta di una questione di principio. Non vale assolutamente il costo che propongono. Ribadisco, pessima esperienza!

I ordered two scarfs they were delivered after six days , sadly one had a slight imperfection along the seam.I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails and a photograph I was given a new scarf as a replacement without a quibble.

I like to buy silk scarves from big brands, obviously they come with a much higher price, but I can happily say that these scarves are perfect for the price paid and they have so many designs, well done.
