Big thank you to all at SVT. I have recently passed my Level 7 Strategic Health and Safety Management course. Throughout the course i had Mike as my assessor who was amazing. Guiding and advising me with a great response time to queries and submitted assignments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at doing an NVQ qualification.

These guys are thieves the owe me too
These guys are thieves the owe me too. Took my money from my credit card and offered no training or support during Covid period while I was off work long term for over two years. All they did was argue with me and tell me we will get someone to call you and then nothing. They make me sick every time I think of them.
I just want to get better so I can sue them. Thieves!

You enrolled in October 2019, our records show that there was minimal engagement as evidenced by the single log-in to the learning platform in November 2019 with no work submissions - 0% start and 0% completed units in almost 5 years of enrolling with us. Despite our proactive efforts such as scheduling an induction session, which unfortunately wasn't attended, and numerous subsequent attempts to reschedule with you, the lack of response persisted. In line with our established communication protocols, your assessor diligently reached out through both phone calls and emails, which are duly documented in our system for transparency and tracking purposes. Our commitment to excellence is evidenced by the hundreds of happy students who have benefited from our programs, with many glowing testimonials to support our dedication to providing quality education. Level 5 diploma in Health and social care leadership…
I just completed the level 5 diploma around leadership in health and social care with SVT. Keith Rands my supervisor has been a great source of support throughout this course. He helped me to overcome challenges around time management and general overload during the course, and was generally very available as needed. Keith also made the assessment process as relaxed and informal as possible to help me demonstrate how I reached the course objectives.

I have just completed a level 6…
I have just completed a level 6 Occupational Health and Safety Practice qualification with SVT on their online NVQ portal through self-study, assignments and evidence and professional discussions. The assessors provided excellent support throughout the course and feedback was prompt on all assignments and evidence.
I found the online portal easy, the resources from SVT were also available and easy to understand.
I am already contemplating doing a Masters through SVT. I would highly recommend them. Thank you SVT.

A must have training provider
SVT have guided me in the direction to develop new ways to deal with situations using my own knowledge and self awareness. It has been a very enjoyable process and the team at SVT were very helpful and professional in everything they did. They were encouraged me and guided me when required. I recently completed a diploma through SVT. I did a lot of comparison before choosing them and I am happy that I did. My coach was really helpful and understanding of my personal circumstances which I really appreciated. I took one star out only because their online learning system is in the need of an upgrade and is not very user friendly. My coach helped with this but they could definitely improve the system.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Take payments they shouldn't. Do not have adequate accessors: six months and no reply to work. We do get emails from the accessor regarding her holidays, though. There are other companies out there. I'd use another.

Thank you for your review for someone else. You are not a student of SVT. You left 3 reviews that you stated you would get your "mates" to leave after a very abusive phone call to SVT staff. One of these reviews have been removed by Trustpilot and the other will follow suit . SVT has been trading since 2008 and has thousands of students current and past. It is a shame that you did not follow procedure and contact SVT in a professional manner regards the real student of SVT. SVT has direct claim status with City & Guilds due to the very high standards that we work to and they also annually measure number of students V the number of assessors availabe. 6 months to respond to work is nonsense. 14 days is the average to response to submitted work. If SVT was such a "Scam" company why did the candidate purchase an extension in order to continue her course and is still a student of SVT to date? This review is based on nothing but frustation and tries to divert the blame away the real issue of quality of work submitted not been the the high standards expected by the awarding body. If you feel you need to discuss this further please reach out to SVT. I will be happy to help :)

Level 5 residential managers course
I couldn’t have completed the residential mangers level 5 course without the support I received from Keith Rands as he helped me to be able to understand the questions by braking them down for me. I am autistic so I knew doing an online course would be a struggle but Keith was of great help and support throughout the course

I have found this to be challenging with time constraints but with the help and support of my tutor and knowing I can call and moan/laugh and talk to him without judgement made this process easier.
