Straight forward and quick buying experience. Arrived within a couple of days. Great backing tracks. I like the fact that they all have proper endings and the on screen lyrics are clear and easy to read.

They were supposed to send me a cable they sent it by the worst courier in the UK DPD first they delivered to completely the wrong address it was a small package which goes through the letterbox they made out I was not at home a total lie and took it to not the nearest post office but one miles away and sent me a QR code to collect went there no package still never received the cable

I bought 20 sets of earphones and the surport that came with the team was amazing. The quality is very high standard and I live in ireland but when clicked the order it was here in 3 days .... thank you for making it simple and having a open line to call if needing help

Bought from Vocal Star via Amazon in December.
I received the Kareoke machine, it wasnt compatible with my TV. No big deal, I returned the item. To be told i had returned the wrong model- this was the model sent to me. Despite going back and forth multiple times. They refused a refund and said I had 14 days to retrieve the item from Poole Warehouse. Ignored all further emails from me. I am now going to have to drive down to Poole to retrieve it because I would rather give the kareoke machine to someone else that can use it than let them keep £100 and the product.

Ordered several CDG karaoke discs from Vocal Star, which still work in my JVC CDG player that I used in my mobile DJ/karaoke days, these discs offer great quality in sound and graphics and ideal for latest releases.

I was excited to receive my VS800 KARAOKE & WIRLESS MICROPHONES then I tried it out karaoke player worked as expected with discs but the bluetooth connection to my mobile phone was almost useless I had to turn the volume on the player,phone &amplifier to max which causes feedback then I tried the microphones only 1 worked which is disappointing after 3 days of back and forwards with customer services to be fair they offered me a refund but I need the system and would potentially not have a system for up to 30 days which is unacceptable to me so stuck with faulty system and only 1 microphone

Delivery was quick but I was expecting 2wired microphones as they were shown on the box in the advertisement on google search Amazon site.

Perfect for my needs, very quickly delivered as well as the product being excellent. Not my first order & certainly will return again.

Ich habe dort eine Karaoke Maschine als Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft.
Als das Geschenk ausgepackt wurde, musste ich erschreckend feststellen, dass diese leider defekt und somit unbrauchbar war.
Ich habe direkt dem Support geschrieben und auch sofort Antwort erhalten und mir wurde zugesichert das ich ein neues funktionierndes Gerät erhalten werde.
Vielen Dank ins besondere an Ashleigh und Lauren die sich auch während der Weihnachtszeit, Zeit für mich genommen haben.

I recently purchased the Vocal-Star Professional 4 wireless microphone system from Amazon and experienced a few technical problems. I contacted Vocal-Star through their web site for technical support.
I have to say their response and support has been nothing but fantastic. I received a response to my query first thing the next day, I explained my problem and a few hours later they came back with the fix. All issues now resolved and I'm one happy customer.
Their service is second to none, and something many other manufacturers could do with copying. It's just so refreshing these days to get such assistance.

Just tested it out recently , the quality is good when I play it via Bluetooth with iPad .

However, when I play via my TV HDMI or optical the sounds dips drastically. I’m not sure of the issue here

Easy to order discs and arrived before the date stated

Lauren from their customer service team sorted my issue out quickly and efficiently. She sort knowledge from other members of the team when she was not 100% sure on the answer and my problem has been resolved. I highly recommend buying from this company.
