Scam website offering free virtual address so they can take your ID!! STAY AWAY!!

I am suspicious, especially now, after seeing many poor reviews and warnings.

I asked a few questions about their service through their email address, and their online question portal and, finally,through leaving the same questions on their anasaphone, after calling their phone number. However, after 3 days I have not got an answer through any of those avenues.

When I tried to acquire their free virtual business address, being very careful to fill in all fields correctly, after four or five attempts, I kept seeing the following statement, come up "No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address or contact us if you need help", and wasn't able to acquire the free address.

If it's not a scam, I can at least, safely say that their customer service is very, very poor!

Use caution when dealing with this company.

I’m actually giving them a ZERO. I changed my mind and wanted to cancel less than 7 days after they issued the address. The person who replied was very rude and unprofessional. And they refuse to refund although their T&C states that I’m due a refund because I cancelled within 7 days and I didn’t use the address. When I referred them to their refund policy, they stopped replying my emails. They do not answer calls. This seems like a scam and needs to be reported.

Scammers take the money but don't give you address they should be taking down by the government.

Scam, do not share you ID with them or give them any money. Someone needs to report them to the police ASAP

I paid for their service yesterday, as I sell on eBay and do not want my home address to be publicly visible. When I logged in, it stated the account is still in process. This should be automatic. I do not understand what is going on here. Looking at the previous reviews, looks like I have been scammed. I rang the customer service number and it rang strangely. This website has to be reported

Scam. Paid, received log-in details but there was no confirmation of the actual virtual address. Hence I paid for a false service. Please do not waste a penny on this scam website.

Such a scam. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Unhelpful, unprofessional service.

Just be care full with those scammer on google they do a lot advertisements lot of people are victim of those scammers do not pay anything to them

Scammers. And when i called, the gentleman who could barely speak english asked me to email as V-LOT is busy. When i called first time, I was also told to email some "Post Shop Plus" which is registered on same address... unprofessional behavior for £23.88. Shame!

they did not provide the service I paid for, I asked for a refund and they did not reply. As a result, I opened a dispute with PayPal. I encourage everyone who suffers with this company to do so, but if you are checking Trustpilot before purchasing just run away with your money and never pay them a penny.

Scam company!!! I paid for virtual office service. No communication, nothing happened after payment.

I also fell victim to this company, though thankfully I'd only paid £1.99 so didn't lose much money. They don't respond to emails and you don't get the service you paid for. I'm thankful I didn't send across my ID as it does feel like they are scammers trying to get your details, whether that's payment details or ID. AVOID!

I paid for a virtual business address (they have other services on there site I wouldn't trust any of it) from there website which looks professional DONT GET SUCKED IN I never got sent login details, never got address, email form on website doesn't work email address may be working but you never get a reply. There business address is a run flat in Welling. When you do get to speak to someone they say the owner isnt there right now and cant be contacted by phone only email he doesn't reply to email either I would love to meet him for a chat. I just hope no one uses this scam of business.

This company lures with low prices for providing a virtual office for companies £11.88 Year.
But it does not provide login and password information for the order, and does not respond to emails.
Do not even think about contacting this company, you will lose time and money and your letters.
