Disgusting live futbol transmission, if I could give less than a star I would. If you don't have the capability for a live feed, then give the rights back to somebody that has the capability to do it properly.

I was paying for add-free or commercial-free service, and that did not happen. I called to make sure they provided me with the service I was paying for and they almost insulted me saying that I did not know how to update the app properly so it was my fault not theirs. I decided to cancel and three months later Ive noticed on my bank account they were still charging. I tried to check my cancellation, but I was not able to. It said, "You don't have an account," but they were still taking the money out of my bank. I had to file a dispute with my bank, and I did not have proof of cancellation, so they kept the money. I had to cancel my bank card so they couldn't keep taking my money. This is not a trustworthy app; do not waste your time or your money.

Es la peor aplicación de streaming que tengo, ninguna da tantos problemas como VIX... en VIX se corta la señal muuuuy frecuentemente, yo pagué por el servicio premium y aún pasan comerciales y como dije al principio, lo peor es que la señal se corta muy seguido y cabe aclarar que esto no es problema de mi Internet.

First, the number of ad interruptions is absolutely ridiculous. And now I can’t believe that they are showing that message from the Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) that sends a threatening message to illegal immigrants on a platform with primarily Spanish-speaking viewers. (Not that every spanish-speaking person is illegal!) But DHS was strategic in choosing VIX to air their message… and I am disgusted that TelevisaUnivision has allowed it.
I have deleted the app from all my devices.

The service customers is horrible and I pay for premium and I still watch commercials they say those are our free promotions I say I pay premium not adds why ?? I have to see it not answer at all f .. them

Signed up for a monthly subscription to watch a soccer match, Vix was the only option available to watch the match.

First 20 minutes of the match the quality was excellent, after the 20 minute mark, the quality decreased and in order to watch the match live, I had to decrease the quality I saw the match in.

It's crazy you've got to watch a pixelated soccer match even if you paid the Premium subscription.

I verified my internet connection, that wasn't the problem, 300MB/s of download & download.

Emailed Vix for a refund, will update the rating according to the decision on my refund.

I have a Vix ad free premium subscription, and am watching a series that’s on Vix free. It’s very upsetting the amount of advertising showing during an episode. Unfortunately the series is not available on Vix Premium. I think they should make the content on Vix free available on Vix premium ads free, so we really get what we’re paying for.
Very upsetting! If only the amount of ads was decent, but it’s way too much and it’s causing the opposite effect on people, instead of liking and paying attention on the ads, you start to really hate them as they become so annoying

This is scam i bought the suscription for one year and use it for one time after two weeks no used the app it have a lot of ploblem and can see only ads but nothing alse, call costumers service to claim my money back and them don't return your money and no service for what you paid. Stay away from them

I got the plan with no commercials, but they’re still showing up, especially when watching old movies ( which I love ) very disappointed!

While I really enjoy a streaming service in Spanish, the service is not reliable. When I try to access the app on my TV, it does not always works. I have the premium service and I have to remove and reinstall the app at least 3-4 times per week.

I like that I am able to follow my favorite soccer team through Vix. Wish they would broadcast every game from club America but I like there service.

I'm paying for vix premium for not having adds or commercials and every 10 minutes they put 3 or 4 adds this is not correct is I get that plan just to have not to see the adds my experience is the worst and we write then and only excuses

Le doy una estrella, a la app Vix, porque no me permite menos, ésta aplicación no sirve, mala programación, lenta, y cara (premium). No la recomiendo para nada. Dinero botado.

VIX.com are thieves, they charge you for subscription even if you have already cancelled. I have the proof.

The worse app I have ever have seen. You buy the app then try to stream it on your iPhone. It always takes you back to where you have purchased it. It wants to charge you over and over again plus good luck trying to get of hold of this company. Refund that’s the name of VIX

These people scammed me into downloading their service. It popped up on my smart tv and it immediately went to download. I have no way to delete the app because everything is in Spanish. I tried chat but that keeps saying they don’t understand my request. This is a misleading and dishonest practice. I literally had no chance to cancel the download.

This streaming service SUCKS!!! They don't show all the soccer games, especially the female soccer games, the channel stop working all.of the sudden, I need to sign up at least three times. If ypu want to see a replay on a game, when you fast forward to the beginning of the game, it takes you to the end, so you habmce to wait the 12 minutes of pause before the game starts, it's just a horrible streaming service!!!

I NEVER signed up for this service and it repeatedly has shown up on my Amazon Credit Card. I think it is a possible scam abusing countless thousands of individuals. Look carefully at your credit card statements and if you find this charge and you never signed up for it, call your credit card company to complain and they should give you Amazon's # to fix

I pay for no commercials and after a month it kick me out and have me sign back in. Didn't require a payment but now is shoing the programming with commercials. And keeps kicking me out of the account. Also is anying that you can't look the episodes menu of what you watching unless you search for the program
