Called the clinic for some information on a condition I have they answered promptly with a professional service made me feel very comfortable talking about my problem very knowledgeable about my condition will definitely be booking an appointment

I visited the clinic today and I was quite apprehensive when I arrived. Cherie completely put me at ease and carried out my treatments very professionally. I was made to feel very comfortable and I can’t wait to go back and get further treatments. Cherie is such a lovely girl and certainly knows her stuff! Thank you so much!

Lovely atmosphere, everything was calm and peaceful, had fat freezing done along with 2 free things, £198 package but I had to add more applicators and cream which was fine for me, also got another appointment booked. Would recommend if you want a quiet peaceful place.

She gave me all of the appropriate information without overwhelming me and went over my aftercare too. Cherie is a top class therapist. Im very happy with the results from my treatment. Ive booked another treatment for December. The studio has just been revamped and looks lovely too.

I've had two fat freeze treatments at the newcastle clinic and I would advise everyone to stay away. The lady doing the treatment is absolutely useless, your spouse to get a two minutes massage at the end of the session to break down the fat particles but she didnt do that. And the machines were placed on the wrong part of the body, I asked for my love handles to be done but she did the front of my belly. Please avoid the newcastle branch its a waste of time and money.

Mala calidad de las pruebas. Aparte de que no recogen lo que se pedía estudiar ... Informe radiológico muy malo. Aparte, en cuanto a trato, quitando a las chicas que hacen la prueba, el resto de personal es desgradable y la clínica cutre.

Treated like a dog left outside no one would open the door or meet me.
Paid 30 pounds only to arrive early and the young clinic woman to even delete my WhatsApp messages that I was waiting outside.

First told that my appointment wasn’t today and I knew it was, then to be told you’re right it’s today for 2pm in the Radcliffe building.

The building stunk of petrol by the way before the reception doors that were secured closed.

Told her I’m autistic and it took me a lot to even come down there and I’ve paid 7pounds for parking which I need to claim back as to my 30 pounds
People are telling me that it sounds like I’ve dodged a b….t sounds dodgy.
How to be able to trust someone to put lemon injections into my neck after that !
