Excellent Cryo Treatment with Outstanding Care
Today I had my second cryo session and once again I felt extremely comfortable from start to finish. Misha explained every detail beforehand which really put me at ease, and the space itself was lovely, warm, and welcoming. The relaxing music in the background helped me fully unwind during the treatment. I still have four sessions remaining for my cellulite treatment, and I’m so glad that Misha will be with me throughout the entire treatment cycle. I would definitely recommend her and highly recommend her services. 🩷

10/10 experience with misbah
I had a really excellent experience with Misbah at Vivo Body Studio for my fat freezing treatment. She was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting, which made me feel comfortable straight away. During the session, she took the time to adjust the applicators properly and made sure I was okay throughout, checking in regularly and answering all my questions without rushing.
What I appreciated most was how honest and reassuring she was . She didn’t overpromise results, but made sure I understood the process, what to expect afterwards, and how to get the best outcome. The treatment itself felt well-managed and hygienic, and the whole appointment was smooth from start to finish. I got an add on shock wave in the end which was amazing i loved it
Overall, Misbah made the experience feel safe, professional, and much less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely recommend booking with her if you’re considering fat freezing at Vivo Body Studio.

Mixed First Impression, Redeemed by Professional Service
During my first consultation with Isabel, I felt the focus was more on selling additional applicators and discussing working hours rather than fully understanding my goals or concerns. I left feeling a bit unsure about the process and whether my specific needs had been properly addressed.
However, my second consultation the following day with Keisha was a completely different experience. She was very professional, took the time to ask detailed questions about the areas I wanted to target, and explained everything clearly. I felt listened to and much more confident about moving forward after speaking with her.
Overall, while my initial experience wasn’t ideal, the professionalism and helpfulness shown during the second appointment made a significant difference.

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your experience at VIVO Body Studio. We are pleased that your follow-up with Keisha provided the professional clarity and confidence you needed to move forward with your non-surgical treatments.
Regarding your initial session, we would like to clarify that Isabel was actually working very hard behind the scenes on your behalf. She was very patient in trying to create a bespoke treatment package that fell within your specific budget. This involved her liaising back and forth with our head office to secure the best possible support for you. While we understand this may have felt like a focus on "sales," her true intent was to ensure the treatments you wanted were financially accessible for you.
We are glad that Keisha’s detailed consultation then perfectly complemented those efforts by ensuring you felt fully heard and understood regarding your Fat Freezing or HIFU Facelift goals.
At VIVO, our goal is to ensure every client feels both clinically confident and financially supported. We are happy you are now ready to begin your journey with us!

Fantastic Experience as a first time
A totally wonderful experience from start to finish! I did some homework before carefully selecting VIVO Body Studio as it seemed harder than it looked to get a good place for 360 fat freeze. Everything from the initial enquiry was extremely well communicated. After initial contact they suggested the correct treatment for the required areas which was 6 applicators. What I wasn't expecting was the great price and all the extras included. This included supersonic body fat melting, RF eye lift and chin area, The appointment was well communicated including all the required detail. Timely reminders were also provided and exact entry details.
Aleksandra was amazing. She was so welcoming and the studio and building itself is a great place. The room was comfortable and clean. Aleksandra had great knowledge about all the treatments, was very experienced and could even explain what you would feel from first hand knowledge. Everything was delivered professionally and was not rushed at all, even having extra time to complete everything.
I'm completely confident that everything went to plan as I am already experiencing some good results just the day after. I absolutely would not hesitate to use these lovely people again should I need further treatment. Thank you.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the studio for any future treatments!
