We have ordered from Vivipins twice now as we were very happy with our first order - the pins were beautiful and the service was efficient. Special thanks to Chaynee for being a great help in the re-order process!

Chaynee was very helpful and listened to my concerns. Their team made the requested adjustments, and the product turned out great!

In December 2024, I ordered custom ball markers for a company event as giveaways. The quality was amazing and for a great price. We received many, many compliments from our customers and employees. The website allowed for very easy customization, and Chaynee worked very closely with us to ensure our proofs were perfect - will order again.

Awesome communication and very helpful through the process! Prices are also relatively affordable to other competitors I’ve explored.

They were great to work with. When we had an issue with our design they recommended a solution that would be better for us in the long run. We will definitely use them again.

Chaynee was very helpful in assisting me with getting my order approved. I would highly recommend ordering from Vivipins.com

The customer service has been fantastic to work with! We had a few minor issues on our last order, but the vivipins team went above and beyond to remediate the issue! Responses were quick, helpful, and professional. We've been thrilled at the quality of the pins and patches we've ordered.

The quality of the pins are first rate. I ordered for the first time last year and was really impressed with the quality and detail.
