Much better than gilded extracts. They actually have good customer service and don't run off with your money

I placed my order June 10th and it's coming on June 14th. I feel like the bad reviews on here are from people who used standard shipping and think their order will come ASAP. The first time I ever ordered they took a week. This 2nd time around took only 4 days, the delivery time ranges, this should be expected with standard shipping. Overall great experiences with them so far and will continue to buy! :)

Order has been processing for over 4 days! This is very frustruating.

I've been using Vivimu for close to 3 years. In that time I've only ever recieved one late package. It was 2-3 days late. BUT they were extremely upfront with me, and let me know they were short staffed. To make up such a minor problem, gave me a 40% discount, and refunded my shipping cost.

Haters are going to hate, but I wouldn't let it sway my decision to continue using Vivimu.

I emailed them, they got back and told me they had a storewide sale and they are backed up with orders.
It's been 10 days 😪 and no tracking number. Hope I can get back my money.

I have ordered from this website on multiple occasions, and my most recent experience has left me not wanting to return. It took them 11 days to ship my order and they didn't even send me everything I paid for. I reached out to customer service 3x before I got a response, over 2 days (and a weekend). When I finally did get a response they said that processing usually takes 48hrs, but they're having delays and its taking up to an extra 3 days. Then, they told me it would be shipped out monday, and it didn't get shipped until wednesday, because apparently one of the items they claimed to have in stock was actually out of stock and they had to wait to send my order until it was back in stock. They offered me a 40% off coupon on my next order, however, the prices on most of the good stuff are exorbitant and you can find the exact same thing for cheaper, even with the discount its STILL MORE EXPENSIVE than other vendors of the same product. They really screwed up though, when I finally got my order today, and I realized they had not sent me the correct amount for one of the products I ordered. They sent me 1/3 of it. Not only that, but the 1/3 i did receive was less than advertised. I have contacted customer service, AGAIN, and am waiting to hear back about the missing product.

Wonderful people there that are helpful when you need to contact them, products are one of the best 'bang for your buck' as well as safe and pure products! Good reason I've been using their site for almost 2 years!

I recently had an issue with an order from Vivimu, but after contacting support and explaining it in detail, they proceeded to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. Issues happen with any company, but what makes a difference is how they resolve it and I really appreciate their prompt replies and quick resolution.

Fantastic experience. When I received my order, the extreme cold had caused the glass container of the D9 Amber I purchased and once I initiated a help ticket, Ashley was with me from step one. She made the process easy, understandable, and stress free. I will definitely be shopping again, thank you!

Currently waiting on an order to change 3 days in. I have never ordered from them and already have done problems i'll keep you all posted.

I’ve been buying herbal distillates from Vivimu for a while, however their customer service and shipping departments have really gone down hill. It’s gone from 1-2 days for shipping to now they consistently take 4-5 days to ship my orders. I’ve reached out to them and they first tried to tell me to read their FAQ that they are allowed to take up to 5 days to ship. Shortly after leaving a 3 star review on their site, their “admin” emailed me and said they were sorry I had a bad experience and offered me a 40% off coupon but also stated they resolved the personnel issue which was delaying shipping. I did not use the coupon but trusted they had resolved their issue and placed an order. It shipped in 4 days. I replied to the admins email again and was refunded my shipping charges. I’ve tried ordering once more and this order took 5 days to ship and when I emailed the same email that reached out to me, I was told to read their FAQ and not to email them at the email that I only had because they reached out and gave it to me.

Had they not assured me they had made changes to resolve their issue, I never would have shopped with them again but I felt their response to me was worthy of giving them another chance but boy was I wrong.

Theres at least 4-5 companies that resell this distillate at the exact same price, so I’d recommend sticking with one of those guys over Vivimu.

I've been useing this company for a while now and thier isolates and distillates are what I purchase. Never had any issues with them and the products I bought were of a great quality. I am having to stock up because my state is banning these hemp products in the future but I have not found something that helps better for the cronic pain and inflammation from r.a. and vivimu has been my go to for these products.

Really great products for a decent price but I like to wait until they have 40% off to order so I barely pay much for good quality products from this amazing company. They sent me plenty of freebies throughout my orders with them. Really recommend you guys checking them out

I bought their live resin and it’s not actually live resin at all. Worst hash I have ever had in my life. I’ve taken 4 dabs and won’t touch it so it’s getting sent back for a refund.

I order things on sale . Often these are unique in the market place AND ... when I forgot to enter the discount code one email and you and yours gave it to me . :)

Great customer service, had a concern that was corrected immediately, with a quick response through email. I am happy with the product, Kevin O'Connor from customer service did a great job.

Stay away from this place. They don't answer emails. They have a phone number to call if you have questions about your order. It goes straight to voicemail and is conveniently always full so you can't leave a voicemail. It's a scam.

ordered on the 8th its now the 12th and no update the customer service email never replies. i only spent 20 bucks not a huge loss but we need better customer support.

I've been ordering from Vivimu on and off for couple years. Their products I've used have all been high quality. Gummies are easy to chew and very flavorful. Every order has arrived quickly and included tracking updates. For me, Vivimu is one of my two favorite companies to order from online.

I honestly think this is one of the most unprofessional online dealers. Customer service will not respond to you at all and if you sign up for a subscription, they will only ship some months and it is always on a different day. The concentrates are lackluster and full of impurities. The only redeeming quality of this place is the prices. Guess you get what you pay for. PS: Im not a competitor, I have been a loyal Vivimu customer since Sept 2023. These people refuse to respond and send my products to me!
