Musah, First time I've had an easy time making an online purchase. The staff is incredible supportive particularly Clare who really took me through the whole process well.Shout out to James too.

Week 3 without receiving my purchase and zero communication.
It is more than 3 weeks still waiting to receive my online purchase.
Yet to receive any communication on my order status without pestering the sales agents.
Extremely unprofessional!!

Apologies for the inconvenience. Part of the delay was occasioned by the pilots crew strike that affected our inventory logistics where we had to reroute our cargo to another airline provider. Our sincere apologies Steve. Our mantra is to always leave the customer with A+ level satisfaction. However we are glad you got to recieve the item in awesome condition as and how you expected it. Look forward to serving you once again.

Excellent Service
Very good, quick and professional services. I mostly love the fact that they don't discriminate. My 9 year old son is the one that got in touch with them and I was impressed that they will always pick his calls and take him through what he needed to do. Bravo
