I had purchased digital wallet top up and didn't receive the code until the next day. And also no one assisted me

Svar fra Vivid Gold - Gift Card Marketplace
Thank you for sharing your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with your digital wallet top-up. Receiving your code a day late and not getting the support you needed falls short of the service we aim to provide. The delay was due to a system glitch with our payment gateway, which unfortunately affected the timely delivery of your code. If you still need help or have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’re here to make things right.
