Been wearing vivia for years great shoes. However the recent shoes the insole material has changed & my feet have swollen & become more painful. The previous insoles were much much better. However these shoes are very comfortable

Website confusing. I bought a UK6 which turned out to be a size 40 which is 7 in UK.

I have wide feet and even then the shoes just slipped off. I think these would be more like a large 7 and nowhere near a 6.

My despatch email also confirmed 3 items were sent in one package. This was wrong they were sent in 2 separate packages one yet to arrive.

I spoke with customer service on chat and have to say I found the person pretty poor. She had no reason for the size 40 sent. She could not help me with sizing and said someone would email me after she asked for a load of foot measurments and details. She told me all sizes were consistent then when I said the Website on some styles told you to go up a size she just ignored me.

She sent me a link for the returns which I will have to wait for the 2nd parcel as the bows are no use without the shoes !! I screenshot this to be used when the other parcel arrives.

She then offered a 20 US dollar voucher even though she knew from the beginning I was in the UK. What use it that?

Finally, when I queried the voucher she left me unanswered for 10 minutes. I gave up !!!

They look like great shoes but they're too big even with my wide feet so they will have to go back.

Not a great experience for me as a first timer and I so wanted to try these shoes but I cannot risk trying again to have to return when the information is either incorrect or unclear on the website and the customer service is below par.

Also no customer service available on the weekend at all so basically don't risk buying shoes for the first time when you're off work at the weekend.

What a shame and so disappointing!

Silly things that can easily be put right to maximise sales and keep the customer happy not having to return the order.

Vivaia is the only place I will buy my shoes and boots. The quality is second to none and the customer service is fantastic.
They also do a range of shoes and boots with arch support along with insoles and bags
I would definitely recommend Vivaia

This company is wonderful. Shipment and packing of the shoes is great! Customer service is excellent. Early on I had an issue ordering the correct size because i made an error converting the EU size to US size. The exchange was seamless. I have purchased 5 pair and find them well made and comfy. I appreciate the rewards and sales offered as regular price is on the high side for me.

I have bought 4 pairs of shoes and saving to buy another one. These shoes are stylish and very comfortable.

Just so easy to place an order. I returned one pair of shoes. The process was easy and they were very responsive and kept me apprised every step of the way

Girlies in Switzerland, just know you can't return and get a refund. The choices are replace or store credit. I liked the shoes, but the bags are not their strength,

Have always found Vivia very good on customer service, have several pairs of their shoes, but now I couldn't be more disappointed. Firstly when trying to fill in the returns portal I was told the shoes hadn't been delivered!!!! Then when I finally got an answer to that I still haven't been able to return the shoes, because it was on store credit and I need to change the size and colour. There was nowhere on the return form to allow me to do this and it wouldn't process the return because I had store credit and it couldn't be refunded in money. Why can't the store credit be simply reinstated to my account and then I buy them again in the traditional way? I am extremely frustrated. I've been on this process for two days now and it still hasn't been resolved.I don't have the time to waste. The process should be streamline. If only I could actually talk to someone in person, instead of an automated chat line. The email requests take 24 hours to process and even then it doesn't solve the problem.

I bought the Christina sneaker in white. The shoes are really pretty and so comfortable. I was able to put my orthotics in them and literally was able to wear them all day. They can look dressy or casual.

I recently purchased the Christina in black.They are so pretty and more importantly very very comfortable.This is my third pair of shoes from this company and I am very happy with all purchases I get flattering comments when ever I wear the shoes

They were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. toes were narrow and pinched. The front edge was hard and bit into my foot. I should have sent them back but never got around to it. Sick of seeing them in my closet, they're going to Goodwill. Pity the poor sod that buys them.

I love my new mules - hot pink with a huge bow. They fit perfectly, are a gorgeous colour, and are extremely comfortable. I have trouble finding shoes that won't rub me and give me blisters, and these shoes will wear well on our walking vacations. Great service.

I had foot surgery a year and a half ago this are now the only shoes I can ware, they are stylish and good value. I now have 10 pair.

I love Vivia's customer service. My feet run anywhere from 8 to 9.5 pending the brand. They quickly exchanged a pair for me and the 8.5's fit perfectly. They are light weight and very comfortable. Very packable for travel as well as they rinse off beautifully. I purchased three pairs of ballet flats. I will try their boots with a heel next!

I have trouble finding shoes that fit my wide feet with high arches. It is even more difficult because companies refuse to sell wide shoes for women.

I recently bought a pair of pull-on boots from Vivia and am in love with them. I ordered a size larger than usual and they fit like a glove. I am looking forward to wearing these often.

I purchased 3 pairs so far and really satisfied with the quality and the design. The fit is spot on. The cost is very reasonable for a quality shoe. Excited about purchasing more. I’ve finally found a brand that I can appreciate and know it will fit once I receive them.

Love the company. Ships out right away and gets to you when supposed to. I have three different pairs! Running pumps that I love (look like very high end two toned pumps! Flats wit pointy toe which I love! I recently bought booties! I love them but can only wear them for a short period of time due to the balls of my feet hurt! I am going to try and remedy this with a piece of moleskin. Otherwise I love all three pairs they fit true to size and look great!!

The shoes are brilliant.
Comfy and hard wearing. They wash well under the tap and therefore always bright and clean. I now have two pairs to take on a Caribbean cruise as they are light to pack, I am travelling from Europe. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely the best quality products and amazing customer service. I ordered twice in 2 days sending to an address my phone picked up that was wrong. They bent over backwards to help me solve the problem twice! This is my 4th pair and I sent 2 pairs to my Sister. Shoes are not only stylish and fun but really comfortable with many styles to choose from. I highly recommend this company, especially if you have problem feet!
