I wondered why I had a lack of communication from this company. After a lot of emailing with nothing back, I finally received confirmation that this company has gone into administration - contact your bank to try and get your money back.
Worst quality and zero response from Customer service
There is zero way to directly contact their customer service.
I bought a wardrobe via B&Q, it arrived with several damaged parts.
I raised the issue with B&Q, they palmed me off directly to these cowboys who have ignored every single email.
I've had to claw back money from my credit card and dispose of the wardrobe myself, which was an extra hassle.
Do not order furniture from this company.
I bought a wardrobe waited 2 months for it to be delivered. (On a day that didn't suit me and it was a case of its now or never).
The quality is appalling. I contacted the customer services who told me I put it together incorrectly. This is not the case the doors and hardware are not fit for purpose. The shelves are too small and fall in at times.
I reached out to customer services a second time who said they would issue me a partial refund. This never happened and everytime since that I contact them they respond once to my first email then ignore my response to them.
Never buy anything from this company.

Why is this company not refunding money I ordered a sofa for a grand on sale they cancelled told me send my details for a refund and it’s been over a month and still no refund. Iv been none stop emailing and I’m getting a automated response disgusting if my bank can’t give me the money back I’ll be going to a small claims court and I’d advise others to do so
Ordered a desk from vivense UK which they never bothered to tell us that it cannot be delivered. After sending a query got back a reply that said that the order cannot be delivered and instead we would be refunded the money within 31 days, it’s been over a month now and haven’t received the money yet.
Vivense is a scam and these people need to be stopped trading in UK.
Ordered a wardrobe and arrived fully damaged after a 6weeks waiting
Returned on 27/9/23 and today is 9th December still haven’t received my refund back.
Purchased with Klarna and raised a dispute today.
27/12/23 Update:- raised a debit card dispute through my bank Halifax and send all the proofs and got my money back today

Lovely looking furniture on website order table and shoe storage table arrived quickly well made no problem shoe storage arrived damaged declined to take it contact them assured replacement been send that’s when lies begin was given fake tracking numbers and rep at some point just ignoring emails all together after delivery pass have to claw money back through bank
If it was possible to put zero stars I would. Order took 3 months to arrive but this was only half my order. 6 weeks later I’m still waiting for the other half to arrive. Horrendous communication - stock, automated responses with no info about what happens next. Avoid at all costs.
Good product and well packaged. Delivery took around 8 weeks however was made aware of this at time of purchase. The item came with no printed instructions however they are available via the website. Ordered a white wardrobe with gold handles and was sent silver, we did contact the customer service team who agreed to send out replacement gold handles however, after five weeks and not hearing anything we chased up the gold handles and was informed the order had been cancelled they didn’t offer any resolution however eventually agreed to a partial refund when we requested but we are yet to receive anything we have since tried to contact the company multiple times and not had a response.
I wish I had read all or some of these reviews before I placed and paid for my order. I ordered a wardrobe in August and paid for it. I didn't not receive my product and I made a complaint. I was told to process a refund, I submitted the refund forms and accounts info since 1st week of October and up till today, I have not received my refund. All my emails get only automated replies.I feel very sad and really wish there is a way for this company to be held responsible for their actions. It is just wrong to defraud innocent online shoppers this way.
I would recommend to anyone not to use this company. To start with communication was great and I knew when my wardrobe was coming. On opening the boxes, 2 doors had scratches on them and the top of one box was a little squashed, so the company delivering don't take very much care with the products either.
On fitting the doors, 2 hinges were unusable. 1 was bent and the other one was totally the wrong hinge. I tried to phone them but they don't take phone calls, just a recorded message directing you to their website. I politely asked if they could send me 2 hinges but no response and no hinges. I was going to order 2 sets of drawers also. 1 to match this wardrobe and 1 for another bedroom but I certainly won't order from this company now. Luckily, I was able to get my hinges from Amazon, as this company clearly don't care, once they have your money. Stay away, you've been warned.
I have ordered a bookcase and a TV unit in October, still no delivery, no updates on the order, no options on what to do. I have emailed them multiple times, and all I can get is an automated email with no information whatsoever.

I did return of the warderobe because it was totally different from the website, at the end of october and even now I have no updates or money back. Was more that £700 and no one is answering my emails . The worst service ever. I would go to the police if i will have no updates in the next few days.

I ordered a bedside table from this company. When it eventually came it was absolutely atrocious. The wood panels were chipped, the screws didn't fit and some were missing. There were still raw plugs in the wood. I got through to customer service and spoke to Umut who was very good and actually replied to my emails. They said to return it and would I like another?....No way!
They said they never received the returned furniture but eventually agreed to a refund and will take 30 business days! Well...low and behold I've never received it even though I've contacted them twice. I really don't know how they are still trading!

Not impressed. The wardrobe arrived damaged and I have been trying for over a month to get in contact with them to get it returned and a refund. I ordered via B&Q, which only annoys me more as they assured me Vivense was a trusted seller. Would not order again from Vivense or B&Q, unless I got my money back!
I ordered my wardrobe with you on 20/8/23 and received badly damaged items you collected the damaged items claimed to of ordered replacement parts which was 27th September and I've had Nothing! I've been more than patient and helpful taking pictures and emails wasting My! Time on my days off work so I can finally have my wardrobe and now you don't answer any of my emails I want a refund and more due to me still! 4 months later not having a wardobe. No contact number but that's okay looks like I will need to visit your shop and take what's rightfully mine or maybe I should use a solicitor claim what you owe me and try get you closed down. I feel sorry for anyone who orders with you because it will be like winning the lottery if! They actual get what they ordered Terrible company which is annoying because you actually have nice furniture for sale I recommend to anyone who has a problem with them to visit the shop and get back what is yours as that will be the only way to resolve your problem

I canceled an order on 2nd October 2023 and was told that I would receive my money back in 14 working days, but after they emailed me saying that it was an error and the payment would be given to me in 30 days.
I still have not received my money back!!! And no response has been given about when the money will be transferred to my bank account!
