Placed an order and a few days later it was delivered. Was kept up to date regarding when it was dispatched and when to expect it. Received the order and was delighted by the quality of the instruments. Highly recommended, prompt delivery, great products. Excellent.

Very disappointed with the cuticle…
Very disappointed with the cuticle scrissors I bought. They just pinch up the cuticles but don't cut at all. They have sent me a replacement that is the exact same rubbish. I won't be ordering from them anymore 😒
Edit! This company goes above and beyond to make things right, and customers happy. I've received another scrissors that is better than before. Customerservice is brilliant. I've changed my rating because of it.

Good Service and reasonable price
Good Service and reasonable price. The only problem is that the clippers required a a good deal of force to cut the toenails. I have reasonably strong hands, but they would not work for everyone.

Product well made and of excellent quality, my only gripe, looking on your website it appears to be made in Pakistan. if its made there i regret my purchase. I always, if possible, try to buy British.

Fabulous scissors, made the mistake of buying cheaper scissors from elsewhere, these are a quality product, highly recommend.

Royal Mail sent an email but did not deliver.
Royal Mail sent an email with delivery date and time but nothing was delivered and no card or information was provided by Royal Mail.
My complaint reference number with Royal Mail is:
1-9054452435.
This to be my first experience with Viva and if I was pleased then other orders would have followed.
