This leaning and process was very interesting and useful especially as a remote worker. I use them regularly, they are great to keep assessing changes to your DSE set up, and I often use them if I have aches and pains as they make recommendations to change your setup and offers stretches and exercises.

This is a refreshingly simple resource that guides you through your health and posture at your desk. Using SMART technology which means whether you are working from home or in your office, VIDA makes it easier to complete an assessment as it is all online so it is nice and quick. It also provides you with great tips and support and the advice given really helps to make you feel cared for. 10/10

The system was very easy to use and very intuitive.
After competing the assessment I was emailed a detailed report which gave ideas & suggestions on changes I could make in order to be more comfortable. I would definitely recommend completing the assessment.

The system is very interactive, easy to understand and very practical. Its helped me to set a healthy workspace and gave me lessons to exercise my body in a sedentary work style. I surely recommend this to anyone working with a system or in a sedentary work.

amazing app, easy to use

When i first started i had no idea with laptops, and how they worked and with the help of my trainers and group i have overcome my fear . This is a new career move for me too so I have never done anything like this before .
the classroom learning is full on because there is so much to learn but my trainers Shannon and Tom have been amazing , they have so much patience and don't mind all the questions you ask .

Virtue helped me to understand how important good posture is and body well being working on the computer and sitting down all day. It helped me to order all necessary equipment and improve my home office.

I was sent this site through a work colleague to try out, I found it quite easy to use apart from the set up with a camera its not great at scanning you, if anyone sits behind it tries to scan them so I did the manual set up. I think the exercises are very good & the suggestions the site gives you to improve mobility & ease back pain, its just a case of remembering to go onto your dash board every day which I find difficult to remember but I would recommend this site.
