I attended the clinic because I had a problem with a rear molar on each side of my mouth. I chose Vitrin clinic before and had great service and excellent replacement of very filled teeth, with crowns.
Several weeks after the treatment began to have some pain in said molar. Went to an emergency clinic in England to get treatment if needed. The Dentist said I would need a root canal filling.
I asked how much it would cost as I can no longer find an NHS dentist in England. Much to my horror she said her specialist Dr would charge £1750.
I went back to Vitrin who welcomed me it felt like going back to friends. My problem was soon fixed professionally by the Drs at the clinic.
I would like to mention The member of staff at the coffee bar for his company while waiting for my dentist.
Catherine from the planning team who do everything to make your time at the clinic a pleasurable experience, nothing is or was any trouble.
I must also mention Noor from Iraq, who had the widest smile and lovely personality. Nothing was a rush and her perfect English explained lots of things about the clinic and sorted out my bill, which because I had had treatment before it was covered by the Clinics Guarantee.
So glad I choose this clinic. Perfection , I am a repaired and very happy man.

I strongly advise against this clinic.

I was given a detailed treatment proposal after sending X-rays and photos, with a stated 90% accurate estimate and a price of 6000euro. After paying a deposit and travelling, everything changed — the treatment plan, pricing, and even the amount of tooth reduction were significantly different from what was originally presented.

I felt pressured to continue and unable to withdraw due to the deposit already paid. I also received incorrect information regarding a temporary bridge.

We later agreed on a revised plan (€8000) for crowns, 4 implants, sinus lift, bone graft, and accommodation. However, the problems continued: I was sent home with a clearly visible missing tooth, received inconsistent medical instructions, and during surgery one implant that I had already paid for was simply not placed until I repeatedly insisted and waited several hours.

After that, communication became unreliable and fragmented. I am frequently ignored, and when responses do come, the treatment plan is repeatedly altered without clear explanation — including changes in crown material, removal of planned implants, and additional unexpected costs.

Despite prior agreements, I am now being charged extra for items that were originally included, while being told the total price has not changed, even though the overall cost has now exceeded €9000.

Obtaining basic documentation such as treatment plans, invoices, or confirmations has required repeated requests and prolonged delays.

Overall, my experience reflects a consistent lack of transparency, poor coordination between staff, and failure to adhere to agreed treatment plans and costs. I strongly recommend extreme caution before proceeding with this clinic.

We agreed on €8000 for crowns, 4 implants, and full treatment, but the experience kept getting worse: I was sent home with a visible missing tooth, received contradictory instructions, and during surgery they FORGOT to place one implant I had already paid for — only doing it after I insisted and waited hours.

Since then, communication has been chaotic and unreliable. I am often ignored, and when I get replies, the plan keeps changing (materials switched, implants removed, prices increased). They now charge extra for things that were clearly included, while denying any changes — even though the total exceeds €9000.

Getting basic documents requires repeated requests.

This is not just disorganization — it is a consistent pattern of misleading information and lack of accountability. Be very careful.

Ok I’m on here already under David for my first visit, so I returned in March not February 2026, the organisation from day 1 was excellent. I was picked up on Monday morning X-rayed and then the price discussed, before I arrived I done some investigation and told them I wanted zirconium teeth on a titanium bar this cost more than I was quoted, but I wanted this, I went through the fitting preparation and the teeth arrived a perfect fit and colour, after minor bite adjustments that evening I had a tasty steak in the restaurant and just ate and savoured it.
Once again no pain or discomfort, great organisation and professional dental work.

Ссмое важное в любой клинике это доктора по имплантации 👌Установила в общем 6 имплантов сам процесс без последствий поэтому врачами я очень довольна Dt.Nurdan Yildiz Misiroglu и доктор Мухамед Бедир . Absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend Vitrin clinic enough. Outstanding professional care and service from start to finish . The organisation of my treatment was seamless and the outcome is nothing short of incredible.
I had severely worn and damaged teeth . I thought my only option was for implants but after sending X-rays and over the phone consultation it was recommended that fixing my teeth was possible. It was also a lot cheaper and that also gave me faith that it wasn’t just a money thing for the clinic. I spent 7 days in Istanbul and 4 of those I had appointments for dental work. The facility is state of the art , spotlessly clean , and full of highly talented dental technicians each specialising in their own field. In 4 appointments I had teeth extracted, 2 root canals , all teeth prepped for 26 zirconia crowns. All of the dental treatment was borderline painless. The fitment of the crowns is perfect, they look better than I thought possible. Best money I ever spent.

With my pleasure and happy I want to say Big Thank to Vitrin Clinic and all the Team! So professional and amazing job they are doing every day! Support and care about patients on every step! Je viens de terminer ma premiere visite et je devais organiser toute ma bouche vous avez toujours peur pour soigner des dents vous avez tout d'abord une assurance inoui de la part du personnel agent medecin ect...une gentillesse extreme et puis vous attendais le mal par la suite non vous n'avez pas mal vous avez un suivi anti douleur enorme et un accompagnement on ne vous lache pas les secretaires specialistes comme camille lycia dana et aussi toutes et tous qui ce trouve au cabinet de vitrin sonts exceptionnelles onts deviens amis bravo a tous ...

Pour moi, c’est ma deuxième visite à la clinique.
Les points positifs sont un très bon accueil et un personnel très respectueux. Il y a toujours quelqu’un disponible pour traduire, ce qui favorise une bonne communication.
Cependant, il y a aussi des points négatifs. Lors de ma première visite, je trouve que le limage de mes dents a été fait trop rapidement (environ 1 h 35). Cela a exposé les nerfs de mes dents plus que prévu, ce qui a entraîné des douleurs importantes. Cette situation m’a causé énormément de stress, en plus de la douleur constante. Même après 8 mois, j’avais encore de la difficulté à manger sans grimacer, à cause de la sensibilité au froid et de la douleur lors de la mastication.
C’est pour cette raison que je suis revenu une deuxième fois afin de régler le problème. Avant mon arrivée, il était entendu que je recevrais des traitements de canal. J’avais donc prévu un séjour de 7 jours pour m’assurer d’avoir le temps de tout faire. Toute cette situation, combinée à l’incertitude, a aussi été très stressante pour moi.
Cependant, une fois sur place, ils ont évalué que mes dents étaient saines et ne voulaient pas procéder aux traitements de canal, malgré le fait que certaines douleurs irradiaient jusque dans la mâchoire. Les traitements ont été repoussés vers la fin de mon séjour, et on m’a prescrit des antidouleurs, même si nous savions que cela ne ferait que soulager temporairement la douleur. De mon côté, je souhaitais un traitement durable pour éliminer le problème à long terme.
Le dentiste en charge ne voulait pas faire de traitement de canal. Heureusement, la situation a changé dans les deux derniers jours de mon séjour : un autre dentiste a décidé d’intervenir et de faire le travail nécessaire. Grâce à lui, mon séjour est devenu viable.
Un grand merci à ce dentiste qui a su reconnaître le problème et le régler avec professionnalisme
