Great vitamins!
I have been using the personalised vitamins for over a year and feel great. I am rarely ill, sleep well and my skin looks great (I’m 54). The customer service is fantastic - Lika recently responded to an enquiry I had quickly and efficiently.

A no nonsense company
Timely delivery with ordering. I like the transparency and found that the questionnaire was just a bit more concise than other players currently on the market.
The tablets do smell very strong, however I prefer natural over added sugars/bulking agents as they are unnecessary. It is good value for money too

VITL has provided me with personalised daily vitamins for well over a year, reliably and punctually.
What's more, they provide a free-of-charge way of returning the used blister strips for recycling which is something that is really important to me.

Avoid this company - not far off a scam
Avoid this company – feels like a scam with some very slick marketing.
I feel completely scammed by Vitl. My experience with their DNA test was extremely disappointing and when I raised my concerns, I was met with a patronising and dismissive response from their representative, (VITL have requested I redact the name of the individual representing them, make of that as you wish).
The message I received was full of carefully worded disclaimers and excuses, basically telling me that the test only shows vague “predispositions” and probabilities. None of this was made clear enough before purchase. The whole explanation came across as a justification for why the product doesn’t actually deliver meaningful insights. It felt like smoke and mirrors.
What makes matters worse is that when I requested a refund, I was flat-out refused – yet I’ve seen from other one-star reviews here that Vitl has refunded other customers in the past. That double standard says it all. Instead of treating me fairly, they chose to fob me off with condescending wording and empty offers of a “science team call” rather than acknowledging the issue.
The whole experience was frustrating, unhelpful, and left me feeling completely ripped off. Vitl comes across as hiding behind pseudo-scientific jargon, overpromising in their marketing, and then dodging accountability when customers are unhappy.
Save your money – there are plenty of other companies out there who are more transparent, more professional, and who actually respect their customers.

To provide some clarity, our DNA test is designed to highlight predispositions (or traits) which your genetics suggest you may be more or less likely to experience, like a slow metabolism, sleep bruxism or premature greying. It does not diagnose conditions or predict outcomes with certainty. We do aim to make that clear before purchase by showing a breakdown of all of the reports you will receive and the types of outcomes you might experience (https://vitl.com/product/dna), however, we have absolutely taken your feedback onboard and will be reviewing the current page for possible improvements.
As part of the DNA test, we also offer you the opportunity to meet with our in-house nutritionist at no extra cost to discuss your results and ask any questions you have. Customers generally find this really useful, particularly where some of their results have surprised them or don't quite make sense at first. We'd still be happy to arrange this for you if you reach out to hello@vitl.com.
Regarding refunds: we always consider requests fairly, and in cases where a product is lost, damaged or delayed, we will of course offer this. In cases where delays occur in receiving product or results, we may also offer a partial refund, which I believe may have been the case here. Unfortunately, when a DNA or Blood test has been completed and the results provided as described, we cannot offer a full refund.
We’re genuinely sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, and we will be reviewing your feedback carefully as we look to make future improvements to our offering.

Made such a difference to my life
The questionaire that I completed was very thorough to focus on the vitamins and minerals I needed rather than buying ones that my body may not have been deficent in. I am perimenopausal and after about 3 weeks of taking my vitl vitamins I started to notice that symptoms such as fatigue & low mood were improving. Only recently I did stop taking them, for about a week as thought I could try something else which was in my budget range, however, I found myself becoming very fatigued and emotional. I started the vitl vitamins again and within 3 days I started to feel better. I take these along side HRT and has been a real.life change for me.

Health quiz seems good and there are options to choose your health priorities. Initial delivery took a few days but if you select the subscription option you don't need to remember to re-order.
The initial batch arrived in a nice re-useable box and I like that each day is labelled.
Customer services is called Customer Delight lol and they are extremley quick to answer queries
