I had been with another provider for a while but decided to switch bc the 3 month lock in wouldn't fit into my budget (holiday season) and my current provider didn't offer an affordable month to month. Many ppl I had spoken to recently were all disappointed with the delivery process of their current providers so I was skeptical about switching. I ran across Vitastack with a month to month plan for $119 and gave it a try. Although it's only my first order and hopefully future purchases doesn't changes this review, but everything went smoothly. The ordering was easy and delivered within a week (I ordered on a Saturday and received on a Thursday). Now Im waiting to confirm dosage strength etc. as the month progresses and will sum everything up in my next review. Hoping I have found a provider that checks all the boxes.

Truly it just came down to getting the medicine on time. The last company that I dealt with was one month out on getting me the medicine and that was very frustrating so as long as I continue to receive my orders on time in the future, I don't see that I will ever change

We take pricing transparency and customer service very seriously, so we'd like to clarify a few things.
Our $89 per month rate applies specifically to our extended plans, which is clearly outlined on our website. Our month to month plans cost more because we ship medication overnight through FedEx. With extended plans, we can ship up to three months at a time, reducing shipping costs and allowing us to pass those savings along to our customers.
We also want to clarify that we had not received any concerns from you prior to this review. Our team has since reached out directly and offered to help resolve the situation, including a full refund.
We stand behind our commitment to honest pricing, clear communication, and excellent customer service. We always welcome the opportunity to address concerns and make things right.
