This product does absolutely nothing for you and you can’t get a response from them. PLUS they take further subscriptions from you - even though you haven’t signed up for this!!! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!

Special offer of £19.99, so I thought! Then another amount of £39.99 went out of my account. I tried to cancel before I’d even received the confirmation. Told it was too late and I could either have a 25% refund or return it at my own expense as it was my fault. Tried to explain that the advertising was misleading, and the claim to Dragons Den was false.
If the price is for just one bottle then why strike through the £59.99 which suggests customers are getting the 3 pack for £19.99. And the number of add ons is scary and the option to decline them is not clear with the font almost diminished making it hard to pick out.
I queried a few times but kept being given the same answer and that they would clarify again the returns process. I didn’t need clarification ! I needed recognition that the advertising is misleading and they would honour my return with a prepaid postage label - they declined.
Based on the number of reviews already with exactly the same issue, I would tell others to avoid this site and their offering.
I did ask for the CEO’s business email address to direct my complaint to them but was told they won’t give out personal information. I told them it was a business email I wanted and this should be readily available - again they declined!

Difficult to order exactly the amount you want.
Thought I was ordering 1 bottle @£19.99, turns out it was 3 bottles EACH at £19.99….+ they added on 2 bottles at a special price and assumed I wanted a subscription!!!
Be very wary.
I ordered via an ad on Facebook which mentioned Vitaslimex being endorsed by experts from Dragons’ Den. This isn’t true and therefore I will be returning £84.96 worth of goods …..yes, that was a shock when it showed up at checkout. Unable to back out or cancel order and have been given 2 options, neither acceptable
1. Is to keep the goods and receive a partial 25% refund….hmmm, no thanks!
2. To return the goods, unopened, at my own expense to an address in The Netherlands, which is a much longer process and sounds a bit dodgy, so,….hmmm, not happy with this either.
My advice, steer well clear.

It was very straightforward ordering what was recommended to me. Although after that I didn’t agree with all the other offers it then was giving me before completion of sale.

Should have checked here first! As with other customers, i ordered a one off bundle for £19.99 then they attempted two further payments of £39.98 each. Fortunately my bank blocked them. I have emailed to cancel the order but I don’t live in much hope of a response as others have not had a reply. Website not clear - avoid!!!!

Paid “offer” price of £19.99 but when payment went through further £39.98 was taken out. There was no mention of it!!!!
Paid via ApplePay, have no confirmation email, no reference number- just extra charges that company forgot to mention!

Very misleading ordering process. You think you are only paying £49.98. But your bank shows another payment of £24.99. By only showing you the individual price.

Too many add ons which I found disappointing as if it is supposed to be that good well surely you don’t need anything else. I will give it a try as nearly at the end of my weight loss journey so everything has slowed down a little, so hopefully this will help me to get the results I wish.

Well I wasn’t sure if it was a one time perchance or if it was a subscription coz I don’t want a subscription just a one time buy to see if it works coz nothing else I have tried has worked so far

Ordered as a trial and paid offer price of 19.99 , checked my bank and a further amount has been taken , this was not clear on the order , i have emailed and no reply , i also see other reviews the same

Very misleading ordering process. You think you are only paying £19.99. But your bank shows another payment of £39.99. By only showing you the individual price. Plus they offer you the app for £0.01 but you can't get it on the App Store you have to download it directly from them, which is a bit suspicious. I won't be downloading it. Looks to risky. We will see if these pills actually work or if they are another con, when and if I receive them.

Straightforward, too many extra adds
