I had a very disappointing experience with Vitamin360.

My order (42678-851937) was marked as delivered by UPS, but I never received the package. The tracking even says “Met Customer”, which is simply not true.

Customer support is extremely slow and unhelpful. It took them 3 days to respond, and their reply was generic and did not address the issue at all. Instead of taking responsibility, they just repeated the tracking information.

At this point, I am still waiting for them to properly investigate the issue with the carrier.

Be careful when ordering — if something goes wrong, you may be left without real support.

Very frustrating experience.

Comprato Urolitina (costosa), delle barrette e un paio di porta pillole per un totale di più di 50€ e sono arrivate solo le barrette e i porta pillole.

Praticamente ho pagato 50€ per 15€ di merce...

Vorsicht das sind Betrüger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sie behaupten, die Ware wäre nicht zustellbar und wollen dann extrem hohe Versandkosten für einen 2. Versuch herausholen. Will man das Geld zurück, ziehen sie diese hohen Versandkosten von der Rechnung ab und erst wenn ich damit einverstanden bin, bekomme ich angeblich das Restgeld. Ich werde Vitamin360 wegen Internetbetrug anzeigen.

Well I gave my address and even had to write to them as the address field on their website wasn’t long enough. Anyway 10 days later after placing my order, I get an email to say I have to pick it up from a local store about a mile away. What a cheek after paying for a delivery fee!

Servizio molto veloce e vasta scelta di prodotti anche più economici rispetto ai prezzi normali. Straconsigliato

Catalogo molto ampio e servizio eccellente! La varietà di integratori disponibili è impressionante, con opzioni di diversi marchi e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La spedizione è stata incredibilmente rapida: ho ordinato martedì e ho ricevuto il pacco venerdì tramite Brt. Un'ottima esperienza dall'inizio alla fine, lo consiglio assolutamente!

Excellent company — they have the best delivery of all. You order one day, and you have it the next day. Unfortunately, the company only makes promises. They haven’t responded to emails for three weeks, their selection is very limited, and they don’t restock their goods. I think that if the owners knew about this, they would fix it quickly.

Ho aspettato 12 giorni il MAGNESIO BISGLICINATO (che assumo per mal di testa ormonale) ed è importantissimo per me. Dopo 12 giorni il prodotto (solitamente al sapore di lime) era DOLCIASTRO. SICURAMENTE SCADUTO O lì un magazzino da chissà quanti anni!!! Mai più. Pessima esperienza.

Das Formular zeigte einige Unklarheiten, diese wurden sofort per E-Mail-Kontakt behoben. Innerhalb weniger Tage war die Bestellung perfekt und der Status wurde stets angepaßt.

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie. Sklep stosuje nieuczciwe praktyki przy zwrotach towaru. Pomimo oferty darmowej dostawy przy zakupie powyżej określonej kwoty, po dokonaniu zwrotu sklep bezprawnie potrącił mi kwotę 75,28 PLN jako rzekome „koszty logistyczne”.
Obsługa klienta jest fatalna. Kiedy poprosiłam o przedstawienie oficjalnej faktury od kuriera, aby udokumentować te koszty, sklep przestał odpowiadać merytorycznie, a historia czatu została usunięta. Do dziś nie otrzymałam nawet tej części pieniędzy, którą obiecali zwrócić.

Saw some sketchy reviews on here but thought i'd try it and my experience was 10/10. Good price, quick delivery, constant email updates. No issues.

Nu am primit comanda desi am platit-o, nu am primit AWB ptr a putea vedea traseul si cand ajunge, nu mai raspund la e-mail; primul si ultimul raspuns a fost ca nu raspunde firma de curierat.
Am scris firmei -GLS- dar nu am AWB ptr a-l da acesteia sa primesc raspuns concret, mi l-au cerut dar nu am ce sa le dau....
Foarte neseriosi, banii incasati si atat.

Une fois n'est pas coutume, heureusement que je n'étais pas venu voir les avis, car je crois que cela m'aurait dissuadé.
Les produits sont d'excellente qualité, et l'expédition est une des plus rapides de tous les sites de compléments alimentaires chez qui je commande.
Exemple j'ai commandé samedi après-midi la commande est expédiée le lundi en Chronopost.
Franchement on ne peut pas faire mieux.
Pour une fois je m'explique je ne m'explique pas cette note franchement négative.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company. I received my order on February 20, 2026, and it will be the last time I order anything from them. Everything seemed to be shipped on time and arrived quickly in Spain, but one of the products turned out to be expired, with the expiration date being December 13, 2024, meaning enough time has passed to write it off. Support hasn't responded to my third or fourth email, and their website chat isn't working. I'm writing to warn others against purchasing from this company. Other companies may also be involved, which could impact their operations
P.S.: They removed my review from Google. This has happened twice already. And they're still working on it

Ordine fatto il venerdì sera e già martedì alle 13 ordine arrivato. Veramente super veloce

This we site is scamming people they took 25 euro for the supplement and they said because you weren’t responding we returned the package back which is lie because i was at home nobody called
I emailed you requesting the supplement and asked you to resend it, but I did not receive any response. Instead, I was refunded only €0.90, while the original price of the product was €25. When I called customer service, I was told that this is your company policy. I do not think this is fair. I paid €25 for the product and did not receive it properly. Refunding €0.90 does not solve the issue. Please review my case and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.

Vi ho inviato un’email chiedendo di rimandarmi il supplemento, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Invece, mi avete rimborsato solo 0,90 €, mentre il prezzo originale del prodotto era di 25 €. Quando ho chiamato il servizio clienti, mi è stato detto che questa è la vostra politica aziendale. Non ritengo che sia corretto. Ho pagato 25 € per il prodotto e non l’ho ricevuto correttamente. Il rimborso di 0,90 € non risolve il problema. Vi chiedo gentilmente di riesaminare il mio caso e fornire una soluzione adeguata il prima possibile.
