Hello!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how important it is to receive your documents in time, especially when it impacts your ability to work.

After thoroughly reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any order or account associated with your name or the review in question. Additionally, our team attempted to reach out multiple times to request additional information, including an updated form of identification; however, we did not receive a response. Without accurate or updated documentation, we are unable to proceed, as we must comply with the requirements set by the respective Health Department.

We also want to clarify that our agents work diligently to provide professional and respectful service, and we take customer feedback about their experience seriously. Our support team, based in the U.S., undergoes continuous training to assist with a wide range of order-related questions. Any request to speak with a supervisor is always noted and escalated when appropriate.

Lastly, we are not the government agency that issues certificates. We assist with the preparation and submission process. If you prefer to apply directly through your state’s Health Department, that is always an available option.

If you believe you have submitted an order with us, we would like to assist you in resolving this issue. Please email us at support@vitalrecordsonline.com with your full name, order number, and the email address used during your purchase so we can locate your record and assist you properly.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. No customer service available. Chat bot can't answer my question, and Vital Records is causing an error with my application. The information that I confirmed on the website doesn't match the Notary proof, and there is no one to help answer this problem. Is it a problem that there is a name mismatch? I don't know. Horrible site. Stay away.
