For years I’ve had to take morphine for my pain relief…and for years I’ve felt sick after every tablet I’ve taken. Whilst it dealt with the pain, I had no life!

A vape shop guy recommended vitality to me (they used to stock it) and so I took a chance and ordered the recover package of 2000mg lemon cbd oil and 500mg cbd muscle cream.

It arrived in a nice box with full instructions and I held onto it for a few days before actually using it. I think I was a bit scared to try something new!

Anyway…I committed to trying it after a massive pain attack struck and I had just about had enough of taking the morphine and was desperate for a change… so I popped the dropper to half way (recommended dose it 1 dropper a day) and tentatively gave it a go at bedtime when I knew if I felt sick I could at least sleep it off. I didn’t feel sick but I did feel sleepy but that was a bonus for me as I had trouble sleeping!

I took it (and still do) every night before bed.
No real change for the first few days, but after a week I started to feel less tight through my muscles. Within 2 weeks I felt so much more like my old self! Honestly, a complete game changer…and felt like a miracle!!! I could be more active than I’d been in 20 years, and I can’t specify enough how amazing that felt!!

The recommended dose is a full dropper, I only currently take half, but if the pain ever gets worse I’d be more than happy to take a full dropper. It’s amazing what half the recommended dose can do!!

I ran out of oil recently and forgot to reorder…and the past 2 weeks have been hell without it. So have restocked and can’t wait to get back on it to get myself feeling much much better again.

From someone who has a broken back (3 fused vertebrae as a result and limited mobility), chronic arthritis, anxiety and insomnia…I 100% recommend this particular oil. It gave me back some mobility and wellbeing! I’d be lost without it now.

As a side note: I’ve had zero allergic reactions or ill side effects just incase anyone was wondering. I wish I’d found this sooner

I was skeptical at first about the product but it has definitely helped me with my joint pain. Definitely cannot fault the company for their customer service Deborah in particular has been absolutely brilliant.

Haven’t had my product yet, what a surprise another company uses DPD which is a shocking delivery company. Promised next day delivery and then I get a message saying my delivery will be next week, if I wanted it next week I’d of paid for it next week. Can’t comment on the product or anything but I honestly don’t know why companies use DPD.

Always amazing service from Vitality CBD. I've been buying from them for a couple of years or so. I've been really enjoying the Relax and Recover oils and I'm getting to sleep a lot easier which is massive for me, I've had sleep problems since I was a teenager. I've tried several oils now and these two are my new favourites and I would recommend them both to anyone.

I had an issue with delivery (DPD's fault, not Vitality) and they quickly sorted it out. Brilliant customer service and brilliant products.

I was a bit sceptical, at first I was sent the incorrect item but after leaving a message a lady called Deborah dealt with it efficiently and promptly saying it must've been a picking error.. balm arrived quickly and is working well helping with easing my calf pain🤞Have ordered 2 more muscle balms today

This is a godsend! I suffer with hypermobility and am trying to strengthen my muscles at the gym to support my weak joints but pain is holding me back. Deb’s was so helpful with advising an appropriate product and dosage to suit my needs and I’ve seen a real reduction in pain. Which means I can do more training to help my condition by building muscle. She took such time and care in understanding my needs. Such a lovely experience and real results! Tastes amazing, make sure you do give it a shake like it says, otherwise the taste is over powering. Slept really well with it. Debs in customer service was amazing. I’ve tried other vitality products and she suggested this one, best one yet!
