Extremely frustrated with the website's checkout process. The address fields have a tiny 33-character limit, making it impossible to enter a complete Indian address. How am I supposed to get my delivery if I can't even list the nearby landmarks or full lane details? This is a major technical flaw that needs fixing immediately.

I ordered a customised gym bag. There were a lot of customised design options and easy to customise your stuff. Got it delivered on time.

Horrid experience. The delivery of products came after my event. Absolute waste of time and money. Would never use it or recommend it. I saw the trustpilot reviews and thankfully had a contingency plan. The quality is worse than expected. I found better quality products for cheaper price locally.

They cancelled my replacement order #VP_HFP9ZZ9K without my permission.
Also, they didn't pic my call.

I’ve been a loyal Vistaprint customer for years, but this recent experience has been the worst I’ve ever had.

I placed an order (Order No: VP_VMQWV01N, dated 08‑10‑2025) that was supposed to be delivered by Bluedart (Waybill: 90256683650). Every single day, I get the same false update: “Delivery attempted – customer not available.” This is absolutely untrue — I’ve been available all day, every day, and not once did I receive a call from the delivery agent.

To make things worse, I called the phone numbers listed by Bluedart during each “attempt,” and all three were either dead or switched off. This has happened multiple times. It’s clear that the delivery partner doesn’t even attempt delivery but simply updates false status reports.

When I contacted Vistaprint customer care, the agent was polite but helpless. I was told to contact Bluedart directly. When I asked for Vistaprint’s local India contact number, they gave me 02522‑669393, which — surprise — is also “temporarily out of service.” Even their official customer care email went unanswered.

It’s shocking that a company of this size doesn’t even ensure its customer service numbers work!

After multiple follow‑ups, the agent finally offered to re‑ship the item, but the replacement was of no use, as this was a time‑sensitive order. What’s the point of re‑sending something weeks later when the occasion has already passed?

Vistaprint charges GST on the order but can’t even ensure timely delivery or responsive local support. Their choice of Bluedart as a courier partner is damaging their own reputation.

Bottom line:
• Late delivery (still not delivered)
• No customer call from courier
• Fake “delivery attempt” updates
• Dead customer service phone number
• No proper escalation or accountability

I’ve lost time, money, and trust. I’ll never order again from Vistaprint India and strongly discourage others from doing so until they fix their delivery and customer support systems

Their print quality is not good enough, Words got murky even though i've submitted svg / png format design, actual print was awful
i ordered round edge business card, they sent without rounding the edges,
bleed area was completely removed, barely able to see thin letters,
choose alternatives, or local vendors if possible

They give good stickers and have really fast delivery speeds.

This isn’t just a delay—it’s a complete failure of service. The cards were needed for an important business event, and their absence has caused real inconvenience. What’s worse is the feeling of being ignored despite repeated follow-ups.

If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly advise against using this service. They’ve shown zero commitment to customer satisfaction.
