Asked for a paper copy of policy to be sent asap. This never arrived and it took several reminders to obtain the documents we needed. Simple request, poor response.

Scammers Do Not Refund Your Money Back
Scammers are hustling with so-called ticket company 'Skiddle'
Their game is making you pay extra £3 on top of ticket price under the name of "refund protection" Once you could not attend the event due to organisers' fault, they will not refund your money back even tho your ticket was "protected"
Avoid these scammers: Skiddle and Vista Insurance. Disgusting business, disgusting behaviour.
