Hi Devon. Sorry to hear you did not like our pillows. Are you sure you're talking about the same order? I've checked your order and it was ordered on the 14th June. We delivered the pillows the day after on 15th June. I'm not sure we can be much quicker than that.

Excellent linen company
Great quality linen. If you've slept in a hotel and asked why the bed felt so good this is the reason. I ordered the VV300 duvet cover, VV400 pillow and the V700 bathmat. Really impressive quality, wash and iron really well and, of course, really high comfort levels. Delivery was within 24hrs at no extra cost. Vision is now my preferred linen company.

V 10.5 Tog 100% Cotton Microfibre Duvet
This duvet is, without a doubt, the most luxurious and fluffy duvet I have ever owned. The size, thickness, and design are superb. It definitely deserves a five-star rating. My spouse loves it so much that she no longer wants to use our existing ones. I highly recommend everyone to give this duvet a try.

Needs a minimum of 2 weeks to ship
Unfortunately at the time of purchase I did not appreciate that Vision Linens needs a good 2 weeks to ship their items. The Irish Linen napkins I ordered turned up after I had left Ireland and forwarding them to where I am now is both complicated and expensive. I am very disappointed. I cannot comment on the product, which may well be lovely, but when placing an order, please allow an plenty of time!

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Apologies about the long lead time, but we need to state that it's only Republic of Ireland orders that can take 2 weeks to arrive. UK orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, or sooner if next working day delivery is chosen. The longer lead time for Irish orders is something that is currently out of our control. We'd love to deliver them quicker if we could.
We make it clear on our delivery page that Irish orders could take more than 14 working days to arrive. There is a large notice at the top of that page that says 'IMPORTANT INFO FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK' and it's repeated again in the table further down that page.
