I originally started out in an extra large Visionbody Suit and 14 months later, i can fit into a small Visionbody Suit! The Visionbody suit helped me with consistency in exercising. I love the tingling from the EMS and after 25 minutes in fatburning mode, I am soaking wet. Thanks for this awesome biohack that has helped me to decrease muscles loss during weight loss! Great product! I got an amazing offer from Henri, the owner. He was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding me through the setup, which was pretty straightforward. It’s a family business, and even though they’re busy, they made time for me ...almost two hours! The product is even more impressive when you see it in person than it appears online.

I wrote to them 5 times asking when are they going to ship my order but never got any answer

Der Service war einfach Top und meine Emails wurden noch am selben Tag beantwortet. Ich gebe zu, das war früher nicht so. Ein Kompliment an Visionbody. Weiter so...

Vision Body Australia - Its been almost 3 weeks now, and I've not heard anything since they accepted the order and charged my card. Several emails to "darko" have not been answered. Tried the online message tool, and nothing back from this either. I finally called on Friday and spoke with someone who stated they would call me back with an update shortly. Still nothing. Now I'm seeing reviews that this is a scam company, and am likely out thousands of dollars. Will gladly update this review if someone from this company would actually respond to me. Was very excited to get started with this, as tried it in a fitness studio, but decided to invest in a home system instead... very disappointed.

We received the suites from Vision Body USA on August 6th. Rather than write a lengthy review of the numerous, and unprofessional conversations had with the AU office, I'll summarize to share that our order was finally fulfilled by the US office. I would highly recommend you avoid using the AU operations out of NSW at all costs.
That being said.... the USA office has been wonderful. They fulfilled the order within 2 days, and we received it within 7 business days of it being shipped. They have communicated updates as I would expect from a company that has accepted and order. (shipping tracking that actually works, and follow up once the order was received) If you are seriously looking at this product, I would encourage you to use the US operations as your source. You will also find their offerings are significantly better. (Full leg suite as oppose to the short version so you can incorporate lower legs into your workout)

The suite itself it amazing. We purchased two, and have both been training with the system for two weeks now, and have to say it does EXACTLY what it says. It's a bit clunky at first trying to set up and use at the same time, but once you get past this learning curve, it is truly a great work out.
Given the product and the USA Operations, have adjusted the review to reflect their service... but buyer beware if you choose to order from AU.

Representative at Vision body was really attentive to detail. I ordered the suit on Wednesday July 3rd and it showed up at my house on Friday July 12th and I was up and running by Monday July 15th. Would have had it going sooner but I was tied up with other things. Very helpful in the whole process. I would strongly recommend that you call Vision body in Jupiter Florida the girl I dealt with was Haley she did an outstanding job for me. I'm sure they have other capable people doing the same thing down there. I'm not saying that there's no other Vision body Outlets that are not capable I'm just sharing my experience that I had with Jupiter Florida. I will report back on the review after I've had it for a while and let you know what my experience is like.

I used this product recently in a wellness resort and saw instant results. The electrical pulse from the suit is absolutely not discomforting unlike other similar products that I tried in the past. I'm using Vision about two years and I earn excellent results in terms of explosive power and strength. I use in the gym and also playing Padel with different programs. Short time and huge results, I suggest Vision for every people and every age.

I have been using the vision body system for more than a year. I had Miha Bodytec before, and I find Vision Body much more advanced , elegant in the body suit and practical in use. I think it is the best on the market.

I have purchased professional equipment for my studio and also several home systems for my clients. Working with VisionBody equipment is a wonderful experience, they are by far the best equipment on the market. Sometimes I have had to wait longer than agreed for the delivery of PowerSuits and then I learned that I must go ahead and always have stock to avoid delays, it is a company that is growing a lot and delivery times may vary, but they always arrive! My clients are happy with this technology, once they try it they no longer want to go back to traditional exercise. Without a doubt VisionBody has revolutionized the EMS market!

I am using the vision body professional system for several years and i have to say that it is, by far, the best EMS system on the market today. The vision body power suit is very comfortable to wear and very functional.
In my initial order there was a delay in the shipment of the product, but in my second order the shipping time was very fast.
The after sales service is very good.
Generally speaking, it is an excellent product.

Für mich ist das System ideal. Ich mag es nicht so sehr, stunden im Fitnessstudio zu verbringen und kann dies kinderleicht zuhause durchführen. Ich schaue mir bei YouTube die Trainingsvideos von Visionbody zur Inspiration an und erziele so auch super Effekte im Muskelaufbau. Die Bedienung ist super einfach und der Kundenservice ausgesprochen Professionell, freundlich und sehr schnell in der Reaktion. Vielen Dank und ich freue mich auf weitere Jahre mir Euch!

WARNING TO THE BUYERS! After careful consideration, I feel compelled to share my experience with ANY potential buyers considering purchases from this AMMATURE company. While the product, particularly the EMS suits, demonstrates impressive functionality, I must caution against engaging with this company unless you're prepared to navigate significant challenges and frustrations FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS!

Here's a breakdown of my experience:

Delivery time was egregiously delayed, extending to three months instead of the initially promised two weeks.
Communication regarding the delay was TOTALLY lacking, and inquiries about the status of my shipment were met with annoyance rather than transparency.

The company's response to inquiries was dismissive, with explanations such as "other customers waiting too" failing to provide satisfactory reassurance or apology.

Orders (I ordered 3 suits and 2 machines) were fulfilled haphazardly, with items arriving separately (some week they send machine, some other week one suit and some time later other missing parts) does not give you a feeling of a proper product fro a proper company!

Essential components such as manuals, instructions, and even basic chargers were missing, rendering the products unusable upon arrival.

The absence of an Android app, with the suggestion to purchase an iPhone instead, reflects a lack of consideration for customer needs and preferences.

Despite multiple attempts to address these issues, the company's response was consistently evasive and unhelpful, with suggestions to return products rather than addressing concerns.

In essence, while the product itself holds promise, the company's abysmal customer service and operational inefficiencies severely detract from the overall experience. Dealing with prolonged delays, incomplete shipments, and non-functional components is frustrating enough, but the lack of accountability and responsiveness from the company exacerbates the situation.

FACT: I RECEIVED 2 CABLES THAT DID NOT WORK. I REPORTED, AND THEY SENT AGAIN 2 THAT DO NOT WORK AGAIN; I REPORTED AGAIN, AND THEY CALLED ME AGGRESSIVE INSTEAD OF SAYING SORRY, WE WILL TRY TO SEND CABLES THAT WORK!

For ANY buyers, I urge careful consideration and perhaps exploration of alternative vendors who prioritize customer satisfaction and operational excellence. While the allure of the product may be enticing, the potential pitfalls of engaging with this company outweigh any perceived benefits. Ultimately, the decision rests with each individual's tolerance for uncertainty and willingness to endure subpar customer service.
