I have to share of my great experience with this company! The suit is amazing!!! I wore it during kickboxing session (no contact with another person) and after the session run or while was walking the dog and my muscles were still warm. The effect is amazing!!! The customer service support is great, they do represent their product with pride and hold on their ethics. I did have to exchange the size and it was great experience as well. Highly recommend the product as what it offers and the company as what it stands for!

Shout-out to Kristina! After struggling for months with a torn muscle in my hip and a severe back injury, I honestly thought my training days were over. But the Ultimate System changed everything. It helped me activate my muscles again without putting pressure on my joints or back. The recovery has been incredible, and I can finally train safely and feel strong again. This suit gave me back my confidence and the motivation to keep going!

At first I was a bit frustrated because the delivery took longer than expected, but once I finally got my Ultimate System I understood why everyone talks about it. The quality is on another level. The power and speed of this suit are unbelievable, you feel every muscle working from the first session. After just one workout I could already tell this was worth every minute of waiting. Totally impressed and satisfied!

I love my Vision Body EMS suit. It has opened up a whole new world in my exercise routine. You can use it to amplify results in whatever you are currently doing. The large array of different programs is a plus as you can use it to recover as well. It has improved my strength, balance, and resilience and most of all my dancing. The only drawback is that sometimes my legs are too sore to do cardio so I have to skip a day or two.

Ordered this suit three months ago, with no suit in sight. All emails have come back with many reasons with why the suit has not shipped yet. At this point, if it is not shipped in the next week, i am going to cancel for the refund. Absolutely not worth being out so much money and then still needing to pay for gym memberships waiting for the dang thing to arrive. I had read the reviews here, and i saw that they responded saying that all their delays have been fixed, but it seems not so. I have seen on different forums that many are dealing with the delay, someone only just received the suit they ordered in June a few weeks ago! I would not recommend until they have their backlog cleared.

UPDATE: I received my suit a few weeks after the last review, and I had to change my rating, because it was absolutely worth the wait.

I was pretty strong muscle-wise before, but i have so much more definition now after using it twice a week for about a month and a half. I started out with really easy workouts from youtube until i got used to everything, and then i slowly started adding the weights back in. With how well it stimulates the muscles, i find that i only have to do half the amount of moves and half the amount of reps to get better results than before the suit. What used to be 30-45 minutes a day, 2 days a week for upper body and 2 days a week for lower body, i can now achieve in 2 20 minute sessions, doing both upper and lower body same day.

Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die Antwort, sie würden auf eine Lieferung warten. Im weiteren Verlauf stellte sich heraus, dass die Anzüge in CHINA hergestellt werden.
Paket geöffnet: innere Verpackung (Beutel mit Zipper) OFFEN, Luftpolster einfach zerknüllt oben drauf!
Herausgenommen: ein widerlicher Gestank - als wäre etwas angekokelt! (typischer Geruch bei Kunststoffen aus China!)
Habe mich auf Visionbody verlassen, was die Größe angeht - absoluter Fehlschlag! Der Anzug passt nicht einmal annähernd. Habe meine Angaben sogar etwas unterhalb der tatsächlichen Maße angegeben - der Anzug ist zu groß, weshalb die Elektroden nicht dort sitzen, wo sie hingehören oder nicht anliegen. Die gelieferte Größe MM scheint erst ab Körpergröße 170 zu passen. Dass ich KEINE 170 cm messe, war Visionbody bekannt. Als I-Tüpfelchen konnten wir KEINEN Strom in den Pads registrieren. Habe den Support angeschrieben, dass der Anzug getauscht werden muß. Aufgrund der hier abgegebenen negativen Bewertungen bin ich mal gespannt, ob das funktioniert und wenn ja, wie lange es dauern wird. Naja, Reklamation hat funktioniert (kam Mitte Dez.), Passform diskutabel mit VIEL Luft nach oben: Kreuz passt bis unter/zu den Oberarmen, dort kneift er, ebenso an den Oberarmen. Anzug hängt seit WOCHEN zum Auslüften, stinkt noch immer nach verbranntem China-Plastik - sehr unangenehm.
Ein Ärgernis ist die App: VOR JEDEM Training muss man die Sicherheitsbestimmungen durchscrollen und zustimmen, VORHER ist ein Training mit der App NICHT MÖGLICH.

The delivery didn’t go as promised and honestly got me a bit worried!!! But the system itself is AMAZING. I love it so much, it’s so much fun to use and gives me the freedom to include it in all my training activities. It even makes me feel like a superhero when I put it on haha.

Before anything, delivery needs some improvement. My first order took a bit longer to arrive, but the second one came very fast. The PowerSuit is extremely comfortable, powerful, and intelligently designed. What really makes the difference is the amplitude modulation, you can feel how it activates the muscles in a more natural and effective way compared to any other system. This system is the real deal.

I’ve tried enough “biohacker toys” to know when something is hype versus something that actually earns a spot in my routine, and Visionbody honestly surprised me.

My biggest win was simple, time. I run a business, travel a lot, and trained for a Spartan Race while having a newborn at home, so long workouts just aren’t realistic for me. The dry suit feels way better than the old EMS systems I’ve tried, no cables or wet pads, just put it on and go.

It activated muscles I wasn’t hitting with regular training and didn’t bother my knees, which has always been a problem.

In two months I gained 8 points of skeletal muscle mass and dropped 10 points of body fat mass. Yes, I track everything. It doesn’t replace discipline, nutrition, or effort, but it definitely helps, and it delivers.

Overall, it made my training more efficient and helped my recovery, plus I can bring it with me when I travel, and that’s exactly what I needed. Happy with it so far.

It took some time to arrive, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I am in love with this system. After a little practice and getting used to the settings on my third session, I had one of the best workouts I have had in years. YOU NEED THIS! I am beyond happy with it, thank you Henri. Avoid Visionbody at all costs.

I’ve been asking for a refund for months, and Visionbody has done nothing but stall and deceive. Since June, they kept telling me “your order will ship soon.” It’s now six months later - no suit, no refund, no accountability. When their customer service actually bothers to respond, it’s just another empty promise.

Do a little research and the pattern becomes obvious:
Look up Visionbody on the Florida UCC filing website. They’ve defaulted on multiple merchant cash advance loans (basically the business version of a payday loan) and keep forming new LLCs right after defaulting. That’s not normal business behavior - it’s a massive red flag.

I wish I had known all this before ordering. Don’t make the same mistake.

Ordered June 22, 2025, now Nov 13th - No suit, not even a date available.

Followed up about 10 times. I don't understand why they continue to take orders when I see that several of us have been backlogged for 4 to 5 months.

I am very close to starting a website to make it widely known about these issues because all I am getting are vague excuses about supply chain which have stretched well beyond credibility.

It's especially interesting that there are recent reviews claiming they got their suit a few months ago. So, are those reviews fake or are they shipping to customers that have ordered after I have? I don't know.

They have held my money interest-free for going on five months.

Don't order now unless you want to be their bank.

VISIONBODY has truly been a game changer in my work out routine and is my FAVORITE Biohacking modality! 20 mins is equivalent to a 3 hour work out!!!! As an entrepreneur I have a busy schedule and since I travel often I can take my VisionBody everywhere and get my work out in. It has made a tremendous difference with my body composition and building muscle. A must have !!!!!

Love it, bought the Visionbody suit a few months back to help me lose the postpartum weight. Couldn't find time for going to the gym with work and a 5mo old, I like that I only have to work out for 20 minutes twice a week. I have great results, just a little to go until I am finally free of this stubborn belly fat.

Dealing with the people at VisionBody has been an awesome experience. They have always been available for questions and offer so much info to start you out on your EMS suit journey. I looked at several different companies to get an EMS suit and I just liked the idea of being able to put the suit on and start my workout and not having to spray it down with water first. The suit takes no time at all to get into and dive into exercising!
I started my experience with using VB earlier this year at the age of 62.I have always been an active individual - but 18 years ago I started having bouts of Afib. The medicine that I was using lowered my heart rate and my metabolism - I put on quite a bit of weight during that time. I had an ablation done 2 years agp - which got me off the meds but I still had trouble getting back into better shape and losing weight.

Earlier this year - I saw an ad for VisionBody and thought I would try it out. Amazing how intense the workouts are and amazing how you feel after a workout. I also have found that all those little aches and pains that come with getting older just don't seem as bad or even exist anymore! The big plus is that since starting I have lost over 60 pounds! I plan to kick it up a notch this winter and try to lose another 15 to 20 pounds and get even stronger to help my efforts at competing in state and national senior golf competitions.

I purchased a legging and box set back in 2023 and it worked ok enough and I decided to upgrade to a suit and also needed to size down. I gave them my measurements and expressed my opinion but said I wanted them to approve what size to get. So I’ve now had that suit for maybe 3 months and first, it fit rather tightly but I gingerly put it on and always used it on my walks. Problem is, the bottom zipper area started to have a rip and they don’t cover the fabric only the electrical ?? Well if the fabric doesn’t hold together how the heck do you use it?? Their customer service has given me the strangest answers and are not avaialable half the time. I had to try and sew it myself which looks pretty botched. But really, just a few months? I like their system but hate their customer service policies and you should just know before purchasing from them. I will not buy again and thats saying a lot considering how much their system costs.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Visionbody after nearly 5 months of frustration, silence, and broken promises.
I placed my order in May 2025, paid in full, and received only one update in the beginning all that time. Every other communication came only after I followed up—again and again—setting calendar reminders just to chase basic information. Each time, I was met with vague reassurances and delays. No timeline. No accountability. Just empty promises.
After months of waiting, I finally reached my limit and formally requested a refund in the beginning of October. I repeated that request again on October 11. I made it clear that I no longer wanted the product—not just because of the delay, but because of the emotional toll this experience had taken. I no longer trusted the company or wanted anything to do with the transaction.
Instead of honoring my cancellation, Visionbody shipped sent me an email said that the order is shipped the very next day.
To say this was disappointing would be an understatement. After pleading for updates, then pleading for a refund, I was sent a product I had already rejected—one that now serves only as a reminder of how poorly this was handled. It felt like a final disregard for everything I had communicated.
I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of a sense of responsibility. No customer should have to chase a company for 5 months, beg for basic service, and still be denied a refund after clearly and repeatedly asking for one. This experience has been exhausting, disheartening, and deeply unfair.
I hope others never have to go through what I did.

Die Anzüge sind top, da gibt es zumindest mit unserer kurzen Erfahrung keine Beanstandungen. Aber die App ist unterirdisch. Auf der Website sieht man Bilder aus der App wo der Text in deutsch ist, aber bei der eigentlichen Steuerung ist alles in Englisch. Gut wer sich in Anatomie in Englisch gut auskennt. Es gab auch mit unseren Apple Geräten (iPhone 13pro und 16pro immer mit aktuellen IOS) immer wieder Bluetooth Verbindungsprobleme . Die Herstellerlösung dafür: alles platt machen und wieder neu installieren…. Wenn man die App und das Programm startet und eine andere App öffnet, dann hört das Gerät sofort auf, was für uns auch nicht nachvollziehbar ist. Die Steuerung der Intensität ist so: Man sieht die Muskelpartien grafisch, kann sie aber nicht anklicken und den Wert ändern, sondern man muss dann den englischen Text lesen, den Muskelnamen quasi irgendwie übersetzen übersetzen, und dann kann man über antippen des Namens die Intensität ändern, also wir haben uns etwas in die Excel Welt zurück versetzt gefühlt…….
Also haben wir von unserem Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch gemacht, es gab dann mehrere legitime Versuche uns zu überzeugen die Anzüge doch zu behalten, aber letztendlich haben wir sie zurückgegeben und unser Geld auch schnell zurückerhalten.

Die App ist in der Form schon viele Jahre alt, laut Appstore Release Info gab’s die letzten Jahre nur bugfixing, aber keine neue Version. Daher glauben wir nicht, dass da in nächster Zeit was passiert.

Da es mit dem Umtausch und Geld zurück so gut geklappt hat,sind wir zufrieden, und daher auch die gute Bewertung.
