I liked so much.

The booking and the actual test were very easy, the Doctors super nice and professional and the results quick. I had no issues at the border too. The location was not so straight forward in terms of finding the correct lift and that the hotel lift cannot be used when exiting.

Quick results coupled with efficient and friendly service.

Price level worth CHF 70 per antigen test a bit higher than with an average test center, but acceptable for us.

Impressed with the professionalism of this company. I had questions an emailed them and they always responded quickly ( within 5-20 min) and thoroughly. We booked appointments for 8 people and walked right in. No one was there at Zurich airport at 9am. It would be very helpful if one could see the # of slots already filled for each timeslot. We went 4 hrs ahead of our flight because I was concerned it would be very crowded and the respondent to my email strongly recommended that we make an appt and not just walk in at the time I wanted because the lines were really long on weekends and those with appointments would get priority. However, when we got to the Radisson Blu testing site there was literally no other customers and the staff said weekend mornings have been slow. If we knew that we could have had at least an extra hour of sleep. But the staff was extremely courteous, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Heading back to US and took a quick detour here at the airport for rapid. Very clean, nice user experience, friendly staff.

The attendants are efficient, informative, friendly and gentle, the prices are fair and the location is easy and convenient.
