Corona test... turning a negative into a positive! Only the Swiss....
Scheduling online was simple and quick. Explanation of the process and administration of the test was thorough and efficient. Waiting area was clean and adequate. Viselio is an outstanding example of Swiss character, efficiency and hospitality.

Very smooth and efficient
I took the rapid test at the Radisson Blu hotel at Zurich airport yesterday morning. Nice staff and efficient service. I got the results and certificate with QR code via email 30 minutes after the sample was taken.

Process ok but costly
The experience was ok we found the test centre easily at Zurich airport,staff were friendly and helpful, the testing was quick . The reason I can only give three stars is that I felt that it was extremely expensive at £40 .

Great customer support, I got my e-mail wrong but they promptly call me to get this corrected. Booking was very easy, and no waiting at the testing facility with polite and helpful employees.

Prepaid and made the appointment online. Got there early in the afternoon and it's practically empty except the 2 staff to check us in. We had the antigen test and was administered by a technician. The whole process was smooth and took us less than 15 min. We got our negative result within 20 min by email. Very fast and efficient.
