VisaHero Anmeldelser

Fast, efficient. (Expensive, but so was everybody else)

With so many scams out there, I wasn't sure how to feel about mailing my passport but all of that changed. I really liked the attention, just shows the great customer service they have! And it made feel at ease to get updates via email and text messages! Thank you VisaHero for helping me with obtaining my visa!

I will recommend VisaHero any day every time. They are responsive, prompt and they can deliver. Keep up the good work 👏 VisaHero

VisaHero was the best decision I have made in a long time. I sent in my information and they emailed me within 1 day. We got everything corrected, my passport sent, and I have my visa in half the time they said it would take. I will never use any other passport service. Thank you VisaHero.

Fantastic communication and incredibly prompt service.

Excellent. The VISA AGENT, Mr Panda did a professional job . I had my VISA within 48 hours.

The visahero service is excellent. Their process was very fast and professional. I was nervous at first, but they put me at ease and handled everything perfectly. I am very pleased with their service.

VisaHero made what seemed like an impossible urgent China L visa application happen. They did exactly what they promised and delivered everything on schedule.

Their communication was outstanding—they kept me updated at every stage of the process, promptly answered my questions, and even texted me as soon as my visa was issued. They immediately overnighted our passports, so we received them as quickly as possible.

If you need an expedited China visa, I highly recommend VisaHero. They are true experts at handling urgent visa applications professionally and efficiently. Thank you so much for making this stressful process so smooth!

I was thrilled by your steadfast spirit of serving client. I will recommend someone to apply through your office.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and it came in only a little over a week when they said it would be up to four weeks, far exceeded my expectations

Thank you, Visa hero for allowing me to have a wonderful experience. The service was great. The application process was very informative. If there was any questions they were answered. The whole process was very smooth thanks again. I will highly recommend your company.

This was my second use of VisaHero, for a Visa this time. I selected all options, since my experience with VisaHero was very positive from my expedited passport service recently.

Once again I was completely satisfied by receiving my new Visa in about a week (including a holiday)! VisaHero kept me informed of my progress, which worked out well, but since it was so quick, not too many messages were needed. I received a text picture of my Visa minutes after VisaHero received my Visa ready for shipping to me via FedEx where VisaHero also texted a picture of the shipping label so I could track the shipment.

Their web site was easy to follow but not quite as detailed as the passport process, still all my processes worked out just fine. Well done. Highly recommended. Thank you, Panda at VisaHero!

What an easy company to work with. Helped every step of the way. Great communication. Would use them again. 5 star

Panda and the team at VisaHero were extremely helpful and responsive, even on a holiday weekend. They made the whole process a breeze and answered every question.

Panda was incredibly quick to respond and got the initial documents and questions answered promptly so I could get everything sent for processing. Appreciate it!
