Really efficient service applied for family visa Sunday 18th Feb on monday got an update to upload some more documents and today the 26th visa was sent to me.

Well done Nadra i was worried about delays but they were super efficient.UK application.

Very bad service I am very disappointed website is ridiculous I tried to biometric about 1 week they are not verifying my finger prints and every time I paid $ really I suck off now now I feel why I am Pakistani because I had very bad experiences in my renewal passport or my NICOP

ABSOLUTELY BOGUS WEBSITE , USELESS NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOTHING WORKS ON THIS WEBSITE!!
OBVIOUSLY IF THIS WEBSITE WORKED ONLINE THEN NO ONE WILL VISIT NADRA OFFICES TO BE ASKED TO PAY BRIBE TO GET SIMPLE LAWFUL JOBS DONE!!!

After numerous queries and emais still no resolution or response from nadra.

Useless NADRA PAK ID cannot verify account
So applied for a POC card about 2 months ago. Created an account with PAK ID to log in to account and keep up to date. The app and account worked for about a couple of weeks and then it stopped working, sending me to my mobile app to verify account. Which is no problem as I have the CNIC and number. However after inputting the CNIC no. and date of birth, it keeps giving the erro "UNPARSEABLE DATE". I thought it might just be my iphone date error, so I tried it on an android phone as well. Keep getting the same error message. Now I can't log in to my account at all. So frustrating!!
Why can't these people get anything right!!
I raised a complaint on their website and guess what they marked it as resolved without doing anything!! Never known so incompetent people in my whole life.
Waste of money and time.

The most useless institution full of corrupt people. They are asking to sign a document by a person who passed away 37 years ago, and I keep sending an email saying that this person is dead, and I get the same reply from that high rank officer saying that it needs to be signed.

Unfortunately, they do not give visas to Afghan nationals. They say beforehand that we can apply. but afterwards we don't get a visa. They are scammers.

The worst people ever jahils is the correct word dont know what they are doing I applied for renewal of my poc on urgent basis paid 300 dollars and still waiting after 3 months they keep on puting objections on my case for no true reason. I will compain to Australian athorities who will take seriouse actions against these people.

If you pay bribe you get what you want otherwise no rule of laws pakistan is lawless country only bribe works even in Hugh commission uk

I applied today at nadra centre DHA Executive but Mr Faizan there was rude and very bad behavior. Totally misleading and misguiding behavior on the centre and he tried to cheat me by passing on my turn number also. I request you to kindly take action. Also till yet my tracking id status not updated in system, 1 hour has passed since my application of kids birth certificate duplicate.
Further this is absolutely disgusting experience that if we apply urgent then on same day document shall be provided and at same time. Why trouble citizen of Pakistan by asking them for collection on next day. This is absolutely ridiculous and very bad. I strongly recommend kindly update your system or nobody born in Pakistan will live here to take id cards from you. Everyone will curse you and your system. Khuda ky lye Khuda ka Khof khao aur logon ky lye asanian paida kro takay Pakistan main asanion ka nizam qaim hoskay mushkilon ka nahi. JazakaAllah

My parents have applied for a Pakistani visa (visti) in Jan 2022 and its still in process after 17 months. I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. The staff at the embassy are clueless and unprofessional. They keep telling us to call London embassy when when've applied from Manchester. We have emailed, called and visited the consulate multiple times but still no help. No one is taking responsibility. The general of the consulate in Manchester have advised his staff to now allow anyone to meet him as he is always "busy" in a meeting. The process is absolutely disgusting and we cant even cancel the visa on the website.

Today I visited nadra office in jauherabad pakistan . I needed a succession certificate. I had all the documents ready but today I met the worst and most arrogant and rude people in pakistan . Every person I met was rude and not at all helpful . I came all the way from the USA but they did not care and refused to do the job . The office incharge ( bald headed) eagle was the most rude person I ever met . Mr Mubeen another arrogant person and finally a lady sitting all the way at the left was the worst . I wasted my whole day . My lawyer told me if I m willing to spend money he can have the work done from the same people but I refused . They should all go to hell

Highly not recommended to apply for Porkistan visa via Nadra. This organization is scam. They will reject you visa application for no reason and they do not have give the chance to re submit or any other action and they deny to refund. Porki people is thieves.

I received my visa this afternoon, within 5 days of applying for it. They emailed me yesterday asking for additional documents such as the license of the tour operator, and the front and back of his CNIC card. I also included a reference letter from my workplace. I resubmitted it at 5 am today and received my visa at 15:30 pm. Amazing! Thank you Visa Nadra. I'm very happy and relieved. Terry Poole

I have applied two times twice got rejected for no reasons . No 1 the money is gone , N2 , I tried 5 times emailed them to address the issue . again no response . so careless so rude at lest give a response to the email .

They thief's avoid to apply for visa taking money not issuing visa as we have uploaded all required legal documents not good service and don't refund back so so bad service!!

This organisation is a thief !! After I made my application they told me that I shouldn’t apply for that particular visa and to apply under another title to get the multiple entry …result US$90 taken Nothing refunded. Then again US$90 taken for application of multiple visa. This time under a different application. Result. Single entry visa only. One single entry visa costs US$60. They deliberately set me up to pay US$180 in total for that $60 visa. And it was all done based on their customer service teams advice. They are nothing but thieves just trying to make easy money from foreigners. Last time I’m going to this country !!

NADRA, the National Database and Registration Authority of Pakistan, is an organization responsible for issuing identity cards to citizens. However, my experience with their online services was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, the NADRA website is a challenge to access, as it repeatedly takes users to an unresponsive loading screen. After several attempts, I managed to apply for a NICOP for my wife, but encountered a problem during the process.

Despite the process not being completed, the money was withdrawn from my account.
To resolve the issue, I contacted NADRA's customer service, only to be met with unhelpful and unprofessional representatives. They denied that the money had been withdrawn from my account, even after I provided proof from Swedbank Sweden.

Overall, NADRA's online services and customer support leave much to be desired, and the organization's handling of sensitive financial transactions is worrisome. The authority needs to address these issues to regain the trust of its users and provide reliable services to its citizens.

Very poor service of Nadra they are corrupt, lier , they are doing nothing just cheating ...I live in USA I had applied for NICOP they had taken fees in advance which was non refundable.App for finger print doesn't work and alternate process is so difficult and complicated , why it is difficult ? they made it complicated and difficult so they can rob people. Still Iam trying to get my refund I couldn't contact them , there is chat option but they do not chat , these fraudulent people do not reply. There are some positive remarks about them, but they are false I think they wrote excellent reviews by themself.
