Purchase completed two weeks ago. Product not received and no response to multiple emails, chats through their website, or calls.

72 quid out of pocket, delivery says 2 to 3 days, that was 2nd November, tried there number and email and heard nothing back, absolute waste of space, do not trust

I ordered the massage gun for my son's birthday. It did not work out of the box so I sent it back. I emailed the company to see if they had any suggestions, but got no response so I threatened to leave a bad Trustpilot review. They finally apologized and said they had a lot of feedback to respond to (no surprise) and could I return the item. I replied that I already had and provided signed proof of delivery. From then on I have heard nothing despite repeatedly emailing them. I paid through PayPal, so am going to try and get my money back through them. How can a business be so inefficient and run so badly. Communication is easy.

Payment made. Didn’t receive order acknowledgement or the item purchased.

Ordered a product worth £80 nearly 2 weeks ago now, the website said delivery between 3-7 days too but has still not arrived, I’ve also had no form of communication and I’ve tried messaging , emailing and calling but still nothing , I feel like this is a scam , not impressed would not recommend

Iv charged it once and used once now it won’t work unless plugged in the battery isn’t charging so as soon as it touches you it cuts out plus took a month to get here really not happy shouldn’t break that quick

I have no idea where my product is. No email to confirm this. For the money I have spent i should receive some kind of communication as to where my item is

Only thing that let the experience down was the delivery and I never received email saying it was on the way etc. But the machine is perfect and has helped alot thanks

No correspondence from my email request. Don’t pick up the phone, so if there’s a problem with your order your stuck with it.

It’s is ok I highly advise going with the hyper volt delivery was quick under 7 days but overall it will do the job

Scam! Do not purchase anything from this company , I placed an order of £85.00 on the 8th June 2020 and still haven’t received my order! Spoken to “sam scorer” himself who assured me my parcel would be with me by the end of last week but still nothing!

This is a scam website I order over £139 worth of stuff. I wrote them an email and I didn't get a reply. I have also tried calling them, but they don't seem to answer the phone, which as a Tesco mobile voice message which is a bit weird..
